We will definitely be returning. The house is very welcoming, comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. The owners had thought of everything. The location is great a few mins to see the sea. A great base for walking coastal paths and Purbeck hills and bus rides to Corfe Castle and Studland Bay.

Lovely little holiday property for our long weekend in Dorset. Everything was clean an tidy and was like a home from home. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a long drive down. Our dogs were also very at home during our stay. Thank you to Gill for providing a lovely property. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

We stayed over New Years 25/26 and found Netton House well appointed in Swanage for sightseeing the Dorset coast and countryside. Set on a hill out of town, easy access down to the town and seafront by foot. The return walk however could catch the lesser mobile out. The house was spotlessly clean and as seasoned users of holiday homes I would sayRead more the best equipped and clean with attention to detail. Gill responded to our questions by text quickly. The welcome pack was highly appreciated and it was lovely that the house was tastefully decorated for Christmas. We would definitely recommend to friends. Although to cold to use the outside seating area I can imagine it would be very pleasant on a summers evening. Hide

We had a lovely stay at Netton House. This is possibly the cleanest holiday rental that we have ever stayed in. There was a lovely welcome package provided of milk, orange juice, Prosecco, chocolate bars and flowers. Lots of extras also provided which you dont normally find in other rentals. Owner was fabulous when the fridge started making strRead moreange noises. The issue was sorted very quickly. Our dog found the outdoor space a welcome retreat and its very handy being located so close to the downs. We will definitely be booking another stay. Hide

Netton House was just perfect for us (2 adults, a child and a small dog). Spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses etc - we we're also thrilled to have been left some sweet treats for Easter and a bottle of Prosecco, such a lovely surprise. We felt that real care was taken to prep for our arrival. The propertyRead more was a great location for us, close to the gorgeous Durlston Country Park and coastal path. However, it is up a steep hill from the beachfront and Swanage centre which is worth noting if you have mobility concerns. We ate at Cafe 1859, The Pier Head, Smoke on the Water, Seventh Wave and also got take away fish and chips - all were excellent. Studland Bay is a short 15 minute drive away, as is Corfe Castle if you fancy getting out and about. We will definitely return, we loved our stay so much. Hide

This is a really lovely place to unwind whilst enjoying all that Swanage and the Jurassic coast have to offer. We particularly liked the underfloor heating, as ourRead more dog is 'middle aged' and so are we. Excellent accommodation, excellent level of cleanliness and excellent welcome pack, including a bottle of prosecco and a vase of fresh roses! As well as the side parking space for a smaller car there is room to park a large car at the front of the property. Note though that the access road is unadopted and quite rough going.
