Crows Nest is a recently beautifully refurbished bungalow situated in a residential area of Brixham. The property is a 30 minute walk from the town centre, or catch a bus from the bottom of the road which takes a short five minutes to reach the town. Crows Nest offers the perfect base for all the family with far reaching views over Brixham. The property has a large multi-level driveway which could fit between three to four cars. Up the external steps and inside the property you will find a spacious lounge with large flat screen TV. On the other side of the hallway is the master bedroom with King Size Bed. To the rear of the property is the twin bedroom, family bathroom and the kitchen/diner. Leading from the Kitchen is the large garden, perfect base for family barbeques, evening meals al fresco style and plenty of space for garden games too! There is a large patio, steps leading to the large green garden then on the upper level is the bench seating with views of the town and sea in the distance and a fire pit to keep you warm on Summer evenings. The end of the garden adjoins fields where a couple friendly horses live. 

In the town you can enjoy an array of quirky shops, pirate memorabilia and highly rated restaurants. There are a number of beaches surrounding Brixham. Next to Brixham harbour is the popular Blue Flag beach called Breakwater Beach. Broadsands Beach, also nearby, has a row of characterful beach huts and a pitch and put nearby. Brixham is a fantastic town with so much to offer to make your stay by the seaside memorable. 

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Devon County Show.

Excellent property especially with a dog.The garden was lovely and perfect for all of us.The property was lovely and clean.Have already recommended it to friends and family with dogs.Hope to go back next year.
