This apartment is all about the waterside location which comes with fantastic views of the harbour from both the bedroom and living room. Set on the first floor of the building on West Looe Quay, it’s within an easy distance to access all the local amenities on foot with the popular Jolly Sailor Inn, a café, restaurant and village shop just moments away or a stroll across the bridge will take you to the bustling centre of Looe.

Furnished in a contemporary style with an open-plan layout in the living space and large king size bed for your comfort, 1 West Quay will be somewhere to return to time and again as you won’t want to leave this delightful spot by the river. Watching the pleasure craft and fishing boats coming and going will be a popular relaxing pastime and for something more energetic you can head out your front door and join the South West Coast Path for an invigorating walk with stunning ocean views.

APARTMENT UP ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS THEN ALL ON ONE LEVEL
Kitchen/Dining Area: Neff electric induction hob and oven, fridge with ice box, dining set for two.
Living Area: Sofa and swivel chair, Smart TV, stunning harbour views from the large picture window.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Large picture window with glorious harbour views.
Bathroom: Electric shower, basin, WC, shaver socket, wall heater.

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: No garden but the harbour front is right outside your front door so lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the fresh sea air. Private parking available for one car on the pull-in outside West Quay House. Please note that parking is on a shared basis with 5 apartments sharing 4 spaces so it’s first come first served. There is plenty of additional parking a few minutes’ walk away on the Quayside, which is charged at local rates, or at Mill Pool public car park which is a short walk away.

Wonderful stay in spotless property with amazing views across to West Looe. Lovely to be so near to everything including buses. The bed was bliss and we will be booking again.

A lovely flat in a great location. The flat was perfect for two and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Very well equipped kitchen with crockery and saucepans looking brand new! Comfortable furniture and bed. Slight negative for us was the availability of free parking even in February. We managed to get one of the spaces at the flat and then didRead morent use the car all week. We got the bus a couple of days which compared to parking charges at the places we visited worked out cheaper or the same as using the car and the buses stopped just by the flat. We had a great week despite quite a lot of rain and it was great to sit and look out of the window at the fishing boats, seabirds and just the tide flowing in and out. Thank you for our stay. Excellent accommodation. 2nd time visiting. Bed wonderful and the bedding so comfortable i intend to buy it myself. View is superb and everything you need is available . Perfect!

What a lovely place to stay. Wonderful views across the river and out to sea so ideal for people watching. Easy access to the ferry, East Looe and boat trips. Would recommend it to anyone.

Everything lovely. Good fish and chips at Kellys and super meals in smugglers. Description of apartment said shower over bath! There was no bath!!
