Excellent house in an excellent location, ideal for restaurants and the deli opposite is not to be missed. Spent most days on wonderful walks, some from the property, others within a short drive. Will stay here again.

Longmace house is a beautiful property which kept the old features and combined it with modern touches. It is bang in the middle of Arundel so was a great base to explore the town and its surrounding areas. The property was very spacious and well equipped, perfect for a family getaway or even a gathering with friends. We also luckily stayed during Read morea weekend where the farmers market was held and it was a real treat. Although no allocated parking, I wouldnt worry about it, plenty of car parks and on street parking, there is also free parking on mill road if you get lucky with a space. We had a restful and enjoyable stay, plenty of walks for the dog too. We highly recommend this place and Paul was very informative prior to our arrival which was a bonus. Hide

This is a gem of a property. It is incredibly well located and luxuriously fitted out. Possibly the only caution to prospective guests is that the ceiling height in some of the rooms (because, no doubt, of the age of the property) is limited so that if guests are very tall there is the threat of a 'head and ceiling beam' collision. No doubt the priRead morece one pays for staying in such a ancient but splendid building. Hide

We loved our stay at Longmace and had a great time. The cottage was restored to an extremely high level and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was superb. Communication with the owner was really good and he answered any queries/questions promptly and helpfully. We would definitely return to this amazing place. From our Read moreperspective the only downside is that there is no outside space but that is made clear in the particulars and may only cause an issue in the summer. However, the location almost negates that. We also felt that due to the fact that this is a very old building, the structure is such that in two of the bathrooms you need to be a ninja to negotiate the space! Hide
