Built in 1881 and historically the working heart of the Victorian mansion house above, now a beautiful B & B run by the entrepreneurial owners, The Servant’s Quarters has retained much of its charm in the way of period features, industrial touches and funky fittings. Not only does it exude style, with exquisite local artwork, but it also has warmth and that home from home feeling too; the property has been exceptionally well-designed to ensure guests could want for nothing and can travel with ease. It even has free parking provision in the car park next door - a rarity this close to town and the seafront! Not to mention a very appealing early 2pm check-in and 11am late check out as standard and a luxury local welcome pack, complete with a bottle of fizz.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Hallway: Short staircase down, with a handrail.
Utility area: Very well-equipped with a washing machine, hanging rail and shelf for shoes and coats, iron, ironing board, freezer, bike storage for at least 5 bikes (please check with the owners if there are more bikes to be stored), vacuum cleaner.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink, waste and recycling bins. Plenty of good quality cutlery, crockery and tableware.
Bedroom Two: Room can be set as two single beds or as a super king (please request this from the owners ahead of your stay) with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table with mirror and a seat, TV so you can connect into your own Netflix or Amazon accounts, storage shelves and a hanging rail.
Bedroom Three: King size bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, hanging rail, dressing table with a mirror and seat, TV, comfy chair and a coffee table in the bay window.
Bathroom: Bath with a thermostatically controlled shower over, glazed shower screen, basin with a mirrored cabinet over, WC, heated towel rail, extractor.
Living and Dining Room: Two sofas, a reading chair, coffee table, log burning stove with starter pack provided, smart TV, dining table and six chairs.
OUTSIDE
Outside to the front: This is the original rear of the property and adjoins the car park.
Bedding: Ample pillows and duvets with covers, bed linen and towels are included.
Heating: Gas central heating. Log burning stove with a generous starter pack provided; further logs can be purchased from the B&B above.
Parking: Permits provided to park 2 cars free of charge in the public car park. More permits may be available from the owners. General parking is £9/day in the public car park.
Electrical Vehicle Charging: PodPoint charging 2.1 miles away at Aldi.
