Awelon y Mor is a fabulous 3 bedroom Georgian property situated in the heart of the vibrant seaside town of Aberaeron. Recently refurbished, this spacious two-storey house is modern throughout and you'll really feel like you're on holiday here as soon as you step inside, and especially when you see the bi-folding doors that fully opens out onto the patio from the lounge area. It's a perfect place for a sociable group where you can create even more space and have a fantastic inside outside flow for your BBQ afternoons. It is also a place where you can have some relaxing alone time as each bedroom has a TV. Downstairs is attractively all open plan and is well presented with a good choice of seating in the lounge and sitting area and a gorgeous dining table and chairs set in the dining area, perfect for a lovely sit down meal with everyone after cooking up a storm in the large, well-equipped kitchen. It's an ideal place to spend some quality time together - a beautiful looking holiday home that's had a lot of thought put into it, plenty of space for everyone, and in a great location.

A short walk round the corner from Awelon y Mor and you'll start seeing an abundance of takeaways, shops, pubs and restaurants, some of which you can enjoy a view of the harbour with your meal. On both sides of the harbour you'll find a shingle beach and there's a costal path for you to admire the wonderful scenery too. If you fancy seeing some friendly bottlenose dolphins or learn about Cardigan Bay's wildlife, catch a boat from the harbour and you can really appreciate the beauty of this town by seeing all the colorful buildings from the boat, or if you're into history, the spectacular and unaltered Llanerchaeron estate nearby, with it's Georgian villa, farmyard, walled garden and lake is absolutely worth a visit. Other lovely places to visit in Ceredigion include New Quay in one direction with its own honey farm, and Aberystwyth in the other direction, both offering stunning views of Cardigan Bay. Hop on board a train that goes along the Vale of Rheidol Railway for beautiful sceneries and to find Buzzards and Red Kites and further up from Aberystwyth, The Animalarium will be a fun place to visit. There's plenty for everyone in this wonderful part of Wales.

A lovely cottage in a great location but work is required with a number of items of furnishings and equipment, which need to be upgraded or replaced.

Lovely big and well equipped house, all beds were comfortable and having so many options for washing/bathing was a bonus with lots of people staying in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, maybe just 1 more baking tray would be useful. Lots of board games in the house to use, which came in handy during our stay. The location was great, so closRead moree to the beach, lots of walks were enjoyed by everyone. A friendly town, with many local shops, where you could buy everything you needed for your stay. The outside utility room was bonus, meaning we could do some laundry whilst we were away- no one enjoys the big pile of washing when they get home. Overall a very reasonably priced property that we would definitely recommend to friends and family. Hide

Amazing property in a brilliant location. We couldnt have asked for anything better. Loads of space for 6 adults and 2 infants. Everything we needed was provided. Its modern, spacious and comfortable, set in the heart of the town. Was a bit worried about needing to park three cars on the street however there were always spaces. If the owners hadRead more let us know when bin men were due we would have put bins out but as it was the bin men as bin full on arrival as was bottle container. Not a problem for us though as its at the bottom of a large garden and we added our own black bags to the collection! We would definitely recommend it and if in the area again I would certainly book this property. Hide
