The Upper Crust Apartment is an extremely spacious and newly renovated duplex apartment, sleeping 8, situated in the centre of St Ives, a fantastic, huge apartment for family and friends to have a wonderful break together. The apartment is set over the first and second floor above the shops in the High Street and a stone’s throw from the sea, a great location for taking a morning dip and enjoying the cafes, galleries and restaurants on your doorstep. With a stylish finish, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and your well-behaved dog welcome, this is a perfect destination for a coastal escape to make wonderful memories at any time of year.

Entrance: Via a flight of internal stairs.

First Floor:

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: This great open plan space has plenty of room for all your guests to come together and boasts comfy sofas, dining table for up to eight guests and Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with an island unit, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plus wine cooler fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom One: With a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe with shelving space.
Bathroom:  With a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin with vanity unit and heated towel rail.

Second Floor:

Bedroom Two: With a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space. En Suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom Three: With a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space.
Bedroom Four: Another good size room with two single beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, dressing table and wardrobe with hanging space.
Shower room: Including a shower cubicle with both rain head and handheld attachments, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Parking: No parking available at the property.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets: One pet allowed for an additional charge.
Power and Heat: Central Heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment:
Travel cot and highchair.

We booked The Upper Crust, for our family to stay and gather for our son's wedding at St Eia's Church. It was exactly what we needed and everyone commented on what a beautiful apartment it was and perfect for the wedding. Everything had been thought about in great detail. Such a social place to stay, bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms wRead moreere fabulous. Probably the best showers we've had whilst in St Ives. This is the second time that we've stayed at this property. Location and facilities couldn't be better. Beautiful bedding and furnishings. Perfect property for a wonderful multi- generational holiday

Lovely spacious apartment in the center of town, just up from Market Place. Ground floor entrance tucked away down a communal corridor. Soft and cozy beds with quality bed linen. Plentiful supply of furnishings, blankets and cushions, sideboard full of games, occasional tables, chairs and well appointed kitchen, dining room and living room areas. ARead more few minutes from the harbour, shops and food. Central location for the beaches. No real views from the apartment but only minutes out of the door to see the wonderful views St Ives has to offer. Hide

Good location and good value out of season. Stairs up to flat so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We managed with a baby and a pram but that was because we didn't mind collapsing the pram each time. Tons of bedrooms, great weekend getaway pad with friends.
