The charming village of Grosmont is a popular tourist destination, renowned for its heritage line with connections to Whitby and Pickering, and the beautiful main Esk Valley railway line between Middlesbrough and Whitby. The unparalleled beauty of the surrounding North York Moors and the coast are within a few miles. The North York Moors National Park offers fantastic opportunities for walking and cycling.
This pretty cottage has been refurbished with great taste by the owners keeping plenty of old world charm, along with modern conveniences. The open plan living area is a great place to relax after a day out sight-seeing and the large dining table is perfect for sitting around and making plans for the next day.

Kitchen /Dining Area: A great kitchen with everything you need to cook a lovely meal of wonderful Yorkshire produce. With an electric oven, ceramic hob with hood over, fridge / freezer, washing machine and microwave, not to mention the Dolce Gusto coffee maker, perfect for your morning latte. Extendable dining table and four chairs and bench suitable for two. Hidden around the corner are coat hooks and space for shoes.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King size bed with two bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, mirror.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, built in cupboard with clothes storage, dressing table with stool and mirror.

Outside: To the front of the property is a small patio area with a bistro furniture set.
