Mario House is a tastefully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in a perfect tucked away location only a minutes’ walk from the golden sandy beach at Porthmeor and the harbour at St Ives. The cafes, restaurants, independent shops and galleries on offer within this famous seaside town are all in easy reach. This attractive holiday cottage offers superb accommodation for family and friends to enjoy a break in St Ives all year round.

GROUND FLOOR:

Kitchen / Dining Room: The kitchen area is well equipped with and electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and the stable door lets in the fresh sea air.

Family Shower Room: With a walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

FIRST FLOOR:

Living Room: The high ceiling and exposed beams are lovely features within this room which also boasts comfy sofas and an armchair, coffee table and TV with Freeview.

Bedroom 3: With two single beds, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging clothes.

SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: With a king size bed, bedside tables, TV and hanging space.

En suite shower room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: With two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.

Parking: Mario House offers an allocated parking space for one vehicle a fifteen-minute walk away. Lovely property. Well maintained, very clean, had good amenities, and location was superb. Stairs to the third floor may be a challenge for someone a little less mobile, but for our visit it was perfect. Would rebook without hesitation.

A lovely snug cottage in a great location close to fabulous beaches and the hustle and bustle of the main streets, yet is tucked away and quiet. It is well equipped and clean and provides a really good base for a holiday.

This is a lovely property, very comfortable, all you need is included. Great for surfers beach and short stroll to shops and harbour. Excellent kitchen area and a comfy lounge space, beds are comfortable. All you will need is provided.

Lovely house in a perfect location. Less than 2 minutes to a massive beach and the harbour. Close to all shops, pubs and restaurants but tucked away enough to not be troubled by noise etc. Extremely clean and has everything you need. Everything worked as it should too, which was really good. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is gooRead mored, with seating for 6. Would definitely stay here again. Hide
