Great cottage & great location. 3 bathrooms which is needed for 8 people. Ideal for exploring North Devon. Only downside is that there isnt really any parking nearby, though it is only a 10 min walk to the public car parks where its 6 per day to park.

The Cottage fitted the brief very well; a family gathering for a wedding at Ash Barton. So we ranged from fourteen months old to grandparents and we all fitted in well and slept well! It was a home from home and didnt feel cramped at all. I was worried about the stairs for the little ones but they just werent a problem. The appliances were all in gRead moreood condition and worked well so that helped to make it a relaxing stay. We used Braunton Taxi for runs to and from the wedding which was over three days and again this worked well. We can also recommend the circular walk from Braunton Burrows car park to Saunton Sands and back along the Tarka Trail. Lunch at the Beachside Grill was a highlight of the walk and repeated several times! Hide

A cosy cottage with everything you'd need - I can imagine that it would be a great place to stay in any season. The sun deck is particularly sunny late afternoon for tea or drinks so we enjoyed that enormously. It also has 3 bathrooms which was very helpful to our group. The walk into the village for shops and restaurants quick and easy as is accesRead mores to the coast path. Parking was not a problem. The owner very kindly found and sent back to me some earrings i'd left behind. Hide

A characterful house with nice decor, pictures and detail giving it a seaside feel. Great top deck for evening sun. In the attractive older part of the village with footpaths out to the countryside hills with great views.

Great location in an old part of town. You can't park near to the house but we could easily 5 minutes walk away. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds extremely comfortable, we all slept well.

The house was lovely and the location was great. We enjoyed our stay. However, when we arrived the fridge was switched off and smelt absolutely foul and we had to wash the whole fridge. The same for the washing machine - it smelt really awful so we ran it empty. The washing machine didnt clean well and we had to hand wash most things again afterwarRead moreds. Id be very grateful if we could have the cleaning fees refunded. The only other thing was that it might be useful to have a little warning on the website that the house is not appropriate for people with mobility issues, as we had my 90 year old grandpa with us and he struggled a lot with the stairs. Many thanks. Hide
