Situated in the sought-after coastal haven of Southwold, on a quiet yet central street within the town, sits Jubilee Cottage. A glorious, chic, and modern renovation, perfect for your next seaside staycation.

Boasting all your creature comforts with a hint of luxury throughout, Jubilee Cottage is the ideal family holiday home to enjoy and explore from. The light and bright living room has sumptuous sofas and a roaring log burner to snuggle up by as well as a cosy reading nook by the French doors which lead out to your private courtyard. The modern and fully fitted kitchen is a budding cooks dream with all new appliances and plenty of space to rustle up some delicious dinners. Throw open the bifold doors and bring the outside in and enjoy al fresco breakfast as you bask in the Southwold sun.

Spread across two upper floors, there is accommodation for up to 6 guests. On the top floor is a lovely twin bedroom with views over the rooftops and chimney pots and out to sea. There is also a cloakroom on this floor too. Coming down to the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a delightful double bed with a sea glimpse and use of the family bathroom, as well as the main kingsize bedroom boasting an en suite shower room. There is a further shower/wet room on the ground floor too – perfect for de-sanding from your day on the beach.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the marketplace, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

We loved everything about Jubilee Cottage. Tastefully modernised with comfortable amenities and deceptively spacious bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for a family of four. The location was perfect for us. Everything in Southwold was within a short walk and not forgetting the beautiful views of the lighthouse.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in superb location within a 30 second walk to the both beach and everything Southwold has to offer. Tastefully extended and refurbished to a very high standard, perfect for a family stay. Outstanding property and a very helpful host, would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

A very conveniently situated cottage, close to both the town centre and the sea, but still in a quiet location. Surprisingly spacious and renovated to a very high level, especially the bathrooms.
