Coming down to the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a delightful double bed with a sea glimpse and use of the family bathroom, as well as the main kingsize bedroom boasting an en suite shower room. There is a further shower/wet room on the ground floor too – perfect for de-sanding from your day on the beach.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the marketplace, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
