We were very happy with the location, neighbours and house however the pictures in the Ad are, I would say, relatively old. The building needs a good clean and a lick of paint. We had problems with the plumbing and the inability to contact the required people. The mattresses are for people who like them soft. Parking is good for two cars howeveRead morer the kerb needs to mounted every time. Would I recommend the property? Yes, with limitations. Hide

Very nice property but poorly advertised. Lovely views out the back but the property was in the middle of a housing estate which was not ideal. There was a distinct lack of basic provisions such as tea/ coffee/ sugar and no cleaning solutions which we had to buy along with cloths washing pods. The approach to the property also needs looking at as Read morethere was a huge kerb to drive up. Hide

Lovely cottage in a fantastic quiet location. Great open plan family space. Easy to walk to the beach in 20 mins, and also go up into the hills for a hike. The garden is a lovely space to sit and enjoy the sea view and sunset. Barmouth was a nice town with great beach, parkrun and walks. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment. Beautiful views from the back garden. Couldnt turn down heating during heat wave so sleeping was a challenge. Main bedroom had no wardrobe, no lockers and no drawers - living out of a suitcase is not what I expect when renting a whole house!! Bring your own furniture! Overpriced for the experience.

Nice property but at the top of an exceptionally steep hill so a car was always necessary unless you are very fit! On a nice clear day there were great views from seating area at top of the garden. Nice interior overall, good kitchen with nice view. TV with lots of channels in a spacious lounge. If youre of a smaller stature the property is goodRead more but were quite tall and medium build so the beds and en suit /wet room were very small for us. The steps in lounge should be clearer as black makes it difficult to negotiate sometimes. Hide

This is an absolutely super location from which a family can explore Barmouth the coasts beaches and, of course, the fabulous Eryri National Park. We commend it.
