Further afield there are many pretty and historic towns and villages offering a great selection of individual shops, regular markets and a choice of eateries from wonderful tea rooms to Michelin Star restaurants. For those looking for more wild open spaces, the Exmoor National Park is just a 30 minutes scenic drive - offering one of the few Dark Sky reserves and giving you the opportunity to see Red Deer and Exmoor ponies. With so much to enjoy in this popular area of North Devon, Lincombe Barn will soon be a firm favorite.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
