Croyde Farm Cottage forms part of the original farm dating back to the 17th Century, it has been lovingly restored by the current owners and has the perfect mix of 'mod-cons' including Smart TV's and underfloor heating, however still retains much of it's character, with original features including low oak beams an inglenook fireplace and window seat. The kitchen/family room is the main hub of the house with comfy seating and bifold doors to the front patio, aswell as doors to the bank garden, if your after a bit of peace then the snug room just off the kitchen provides a lovely place to enjoy a nice book or watch the wood burner roaring away. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, the master room is an extention of the original cottage and is a light and airy room with high ceiling with oak beams and an interesting roller door on the ensuite, there are also patio doors which open up onto a decked terrace area, with lovely countryside views, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
Situated about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Croyde village, with a choice of restaurants, family friendly pubs, ice cream parlours, boutiques and surf shops. The beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach of Croyde, which is renowned for its fabulous surfing patrolled by lifeguards in the main season, equally the beach is ideal for little ones with buckets and spades for rock pooling is within walking distance. The South West Coastal path is closeby for those that enjoy exhilarating coastal walks along our dramatic North Devon Coast.
The main entrance to the property from the parking area takes you through the garden path and down some steps to the kitchen door. For larger families the main house, Croyde Barn can be rented out at certain times of the year which sleeps 6. Please note that The Barn guests do have access to the side path that runs next to the cottage and to the top garden area.
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: With comfy seating area, wall mounted Smart TV, dining table and chairs and bifold doors opening onto patio area with further dining set. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, american style fridge freezer with water cooler, electric cooker and hob.
Snug room: Cosy area with wood burner, two leather arm chairs, plus two Jute pouffe's and wall mounted Smart TV.
Utility cupboard: Washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and handbasin.
Stairs lead up from hallway to first floor landing with large floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden;
Bedroom 1: Master Kingsize room with bedside tables and ensuite shower room with fully tiled walk in shower with rainfall shower head, WC and handbasin. Patio doors open up on to the decked terrace with steps down to the patio area.
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (access from one side only) with chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 2'6" Twin beds with bedside tables and hanging space.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath and double shower over the bath, heated towel rail, WC and handbasin.
Pets: Two pets welcome
Parking: Private parking for 2 cars
Garden: Private patio areas to the front and back. Dining table with 6 chairs and patio furniture plus bistro set on the decked area outside the main bedroom.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
