A stone-built annexe to the owner’s home, this delightful cottage is set in the most secluded location amidst miles of rolling countryside which is available for walks and picnics. The River Tiddy runs through the land and with two lakes, a summerhouse and picnic area available for your use, fresh Cornish air is guaranteed. Dark skies are certain here and gazing at the stars on a clear night will be a new-found pastime. Wildlife abound and you may even see deer grazing nearby. Coombe House Retreat is the perfect place to ensure a relaxing and peaceful break.
This cottage is located down a country lane not far from the ancient Cornish villages of Menheniot and Quethiock. The seaside town of Looe is a 30 minute drive away and with many activities all within a reasonable distance you’ll find plenty to do in the region. Goliltha Falls is well worth a visit where you will find a series of spectacular cascades and waterfalls along a section of the River Fowey as it makes its way through the ancient oak woodland of Draynes Wood. Liskeard, about a 20 minute drive away, is an incredibly beautiful town – both architecturally and historically significant.

Kitchenette Area: Two ring electric hob, convection oven/grill/microwave combi, fridge with ice box.
MEZZANINE LEVEL:
Bedroom: Double bed (4’6”), bedside units, wardrobe, hairdryer and countryside views.
Wet Room: Shower, basin, w.c – limited head height in areas.
OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: Guests have their own outdoor area with seating which is not enclosed along with use of a barbecue. Access to 17.5 acres of beautiful, rolling, countryside with lakes, a summerhouse and a picnic area. Plenty of free parking available.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs allowed. £25 per pet per week. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house.

Power and Heat: Heating throughout. Woodburner in living area with first basket of logs supplied. Additional logs may be purchased from the owner.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
