Situated near the West Cliff in Whitby's town centre, this modern second floor apartment is ideal for exploring the town, close to the sea front, the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. The apartment offers high quality accommodation and is ideally set up for family holidays. The property boasts lovely Abbey views from the hall and through an ingenious porthole window in the lounge.

Whitby is a very popular seaside town retaining old world character and has lots of events throughout the year. Whatever your interests, there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course, restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Two 2-seater sofas flanking a modern fireplace with living flame gas fire and mirror over. Wall mounted Smart TV, various coffee tables and a small table with two chairs. From this room, there is a porthole window looking through the hall to make the most of the view of Whitby Abbey. The kitchen has granite worktop extending to the breakfast bar with two stools, built-in electric oven and ceramic hob with hood over, microwave, washer dryer and fridge. Also, you will find a Dolce Gusto coffee maker ideal for those morning lattes.
Bedroom 1: Double bed and two wicker bedside cabinets with lamps, triple wardrobe, small cabinet and modern chandelier.
Bedroom 2: With bunk beds and a separate single bed. A cupboard is ideal for hanging clothes and also has a supply of children’s toys.
Large Bathroom: Roll top, freestanding bath with telephone shower mixer, rain head shower over with circular shower curtain, wash basin with shelf and mirror over and toilet. Again, with fantastic views to Whitby Abbey.

Pets: Up to three dogs allowed.
Parking: On-street zone parking outside the property on a first come first served basis. Scratch cards for this zone are provided.

Unsuitable for disabled guests. Stairs very steep and narrow. Bathroom also unsuitable. It is a,nice apartment

Great apartment in a great location, if mobility is an issue the stairs to the 2nd floor could be a problem, but we all managed fine with a family of four with dogs
