Wake up to breath-taking sea views over Langland Bay from the superking bedroom and enjoy a song around the baby grand piano in the lounge with a mesmerising sunset as your backdrop. The raised decking area leading from the kitchen is a great spot for entertaining and al fresco dining while looking out over the stunning ever-changing seascape. 

From St Leonards, there is a path leading through the grounds to the family-friendly Langland Bay, a sheltered sandy beach bordered by rock pools formed in the limestone cliffs and backed by picturesque beach huts, a popular waterfront brasserie, tennis courts, cafe and promenade. From the promenade you can access the Wales Coastal Path where you can either head round to Caswell Bay on the Gower coast or take the scenic cliff top walk to Mumbles and discover its array of independent boutiques, cafes and bars. Langland Bay Golf course is around 10-15 minutes' walk from your doorstep, an 18-hole course with panoramic ocean views.

This property was stunning, clean, and is located in an amazing location! The views are spectacular, and the property is so quaint and cozy. The views from every room make you feel right on the water, even hearing the waves faintly at night. And you can also enjoy a tea, or lunch, on the outside patio. The best holiday let in Mumbles. A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It's not for those with limited mobiity because of having to go down the stairs from the car park, but once you're there it's superb. You can just sit on the patio with a drink and watch the sea, it's blissful.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment my family and I loved it. We will hopefully come again. Large amount of steps a challenge for me as Im 81! But exercise is good and worth the decent!

We have a week in the Gower most summers, and Langland is one of our favourite destinations. This flat is the perfect place to stay for a family of four - you couldn't get much closer to the beach! Quirky decor, with high Victorian ceilings and big bedrooms. The swivel chair in the living room was a favourite spot for reading. A wonderful apartment with a great host and everything you could need for the perfect stay. The location is fantastic just a 2 minute walk from the beach with a great cafe and lovely restaurant. There is a really great coastal path at the end of the garden that goes to Mumbles and the nearby beaches, and Mumbles is only a 2 minute drive or 20 minuRead morete walk away if you go inland. Absolutely glorious holiday in this incredible location. We were lucky in that we had amazing weather for the time of year and we really could have been on the Mediterranean, it was so fabulous. Comfy bed and a beautifully equipped apartment. We are already planning our return trip.

A beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The views over the bay are wonderful with the coastal path being just at the bottom of the garden. We were impressed with the welcome package of milk, wine and Welsh cakes with fresh flowers dotted around the Thank you to Llinos for these thoughtful touches.
