Weybourne is a traditional coastal village set on winding lanes that lead to the heath land above and the sea below. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the coastline in the village offers a shingle beach and fabulous cliff top walks. The village has a local shop, tearoom and pub which serves excellent food; be sure to call in for a pint of local ale or a refreshing gin from their impressive selection of 150 different types! The village is famous for being home to the Muckleburgh Military Collection and Weybourne station, where you can hop on the North Norfolk Railway. Set between the elegant Georgian town of Holt to the west, with its mix of art galleries, independent shops, antique haunts, cafe culture, pubs and restaurants and the popular seaside town of Sheringham to the east. You can leave the car behind too and take the Coast Hopper Bus Service to discover the rest of the coast from Victorian Cromer to beautiful Brancaster and beyond. Don’t miss out on the beautiful historic houses in the area, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall both run by the National Trust.
