Walters Crescent is a semi-detached 2-bedroom house ideally placed in the heart of the village of Mumbles with an excellent choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes dotted all around. It offers great sea views across Swansea Bay from the first floor and boasts the fact that it's the only property on the road with a small, private garden area, which is situated at the back, and off-road parking. The garden is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink on the picnic bench. Fully refurbished throughout, it's a well-presented house with a clever blend of modern Victorian and contemporary style in the living room and dining room and even has a feature Victorian oven. Downstairs also consists of a modern, light and airy kitchen, and you'll find a lovely, modern bathroom upstairs and two neatly presented bedrooms, and with flexible sleeping options in one of them, it's suitable for a family or two couples seeking a seaside holiday in a very convenient location.

The cosmopolitan village of Mumbles is a sought after holiday destination for many, with fashionable bars and restaurants, great choice of shops including the brand new Marks and Spencer's Food Hall, Joules and FatFace, and fantastic views to admire. By staying at Walters Crescent, you'll only be a 100m from the seafront and Oyster Wharf where you'll find Gin and Juice Rooftop Bar, Croeso Lounge and Bistrot Pierre. Mumbles Pier is within easy reach too with walking and cycling routes and the spectacular Oystermouth Castle is just a short stroll away as well. Just out of Mumbles you'll discover some wonderful beaches such as Langland Bay and Caswell Bay, and a few miles in the other direction along the coastal route, you'll come to the popular city of Swansea with its long stretch of sandy beach and more shops, bars and restaurants. Great attractions around this area include Blackpill Lido outdoor water park, Mumbles Lighthouse, Swansea Bay Rider Land Train and there are many stunning beaches on the Gower Peninsula that are worth a visit too.

A home from home cottage in the perfect location to explore Mumbles & the Gower Peninsular. The cottage was so clean on arrival & had everything we needed for our family holiday. Having the parking space was a big bonus and would recommend to friends & family.

An amazing holiday had here. Located in the centre of Mumbles with it's own parking space..that's worth it's weight in gold. The cottage was well presented, welcoming and comfortable (the king size bed was a dream!) decorated to a high standard and very clean. It was the most equipped holiday let we've stayed in. Toilets rolls, soap, cleaning produRead morects, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and milk etc. This property isn't really suited to small children or the less mobile due to the quirky layout, stairs going up to the bedrooms and down to the bathroom (it clearly stated this in the description and wasn't an issue for us personally)Also, the outside area isn't enclosed so children could go into the road. However, for us with a 12 year old this house was amazing Hide
