An elegant, spacious, ground floor apartment set slightly away from the bustling town centre of Looe but within a short walk down the hill to enjoy the local activities. For music lovers and festival devotees this apartment is ideally located just minutes from the vibrant Looe Music Festival. Whether you're here to soak up the festival atmosphere or explore the beautiful Cornish coastline, this apartment offers comfort and convenience in equal measure.

Fully refurbished in 2022 with a contemporary interior mixed with some original decorative features and a good layout, this apartment is ideal for a romantic break, a place to base yourself for exploring the South West Coast Path which can be reached from your front door or somewhere to escape the pressures of normal life.

Looe is an active fishing port with much maritime activity to enjoy either on land or on the water. Boat trips can be booked from the harbour out to explore the nature reserve at Looe Island or take the foot ferry across the river to see what West Looe has to offer. With a branch rail line to Liskeard, you can book yourself a trip to explore another area and leave your car behind.

APARTMENT ALL ON ONE LEVEL with just two steps up to access the shower:
Kitchen/Dining Room: Electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
Living Room:
 Large sofa, TV with Now TV package, window seat at the large bay window which offers splendid views across the town to the beach and Banjo Pier.
 
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe, feature fireplace. Large picture window with views to the beach and out to sea.
Bathroom: Thermostatic, luxury, double-head shower, basin, shaver socket, heated towel rail.
Separate Cloakroom: WC and basin.

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: No garden but the harbour front is just a short walk away. There is however a pretty area set with a bistro table for two (shared with the ground floor apartment) offering somewhere to sit with a drink and enjoy the fresh, sea air. Parking for 1 small - medium car on the driveway, further parking available in public car park less than 0.5 miles away

Sea Holly is a lovely flat and in a great location for the beach and the centre of Looe. The views from the Bay Window are unbelievable. The road up to Sea Holly is rather steep, to say the least, but definitely worth it. Would we book again YES

We had a wonderful stay in Looe with the epic view of the beach, the town and the water and two weeks full of sunshine!!! The window seat was a MUST for me, you'll definitely never get tired of that! After having driven our car - a Toyota Yaris Cross - to unload our luggage we decided on getting a week's ticket at the long-stay carpark. My husbanRead mored is a very experienced driver, but even he didn't want a daily drive to the cottage. So we only used the parking place twice (on arrival and before our departure). A gorgeous holiday in a fantastic location!!! Hide

This is a gem of a place, we had a really good holiday here. The whole place is modern & very clean, everything you need is there. The bed was very comfy, the ensuite was great especially the shower, nice & powerful. The lounge has a comfy sofa, the window seat is lovely for looking at the views. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. TRead morehe road leading upto the property is narrow and steep, after reading the reviews about driving up there I was a bit dubious of doing it but it worked out fine, we have a Mercedes c220 got in the driveway OK. It's in a great location for all the bars & restaurants. There's a co op store less then five minute walk for all you're food shopping. Lovely little walk to the beach. We totally loved this place, didn't want to leave. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. Hide

Perfect location and stunning property We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here Don't underestimate the street to the property, is very narrow. We opted to park in the car park and walk up the hill.

Lovely flat, comfortable, great views. Come in a small car like a fiesta if you want to park outside, otherwise it is the millpool car park.

Idyllic setting overlooking a beautiful beach . The apartment is fully furnished in a contemporary style and is very comfortable for a perfect holiday get away .

The Flat had wonderful views across the Beach and Harbour, it was comfortable and adequate for the two of us. Being so close to the Town it was ideal for meals out however like anywhere in Looe the steep hill approaching the property means you have to be fairly fit.

Going to sleep with the sound of waves lapping on the beach was a real treat. All in all a beautifully appointed apartment.
