SeaGrass is a contemporary and comfortable holiday home situated just 300 yards from the beach. The two bedroom apartment is light and airy and well located for exploring the Purbecks. The ground floor comprises of an open plan living and dining room with a seperate newly fitted kitchen. The first floor via staircase is made up of two bedrooms; one king and one double along with a family bathroom. 

The property provides a fantastic base for a family looking to explore the coast and enjoy a seaside holiday. Swanage is a traditional seaside town with its victorian pier, sandy beaches and access to the coastal path - it makes a great base to explore the local area as well as other parts of Dorset. Close by you will find many attractions such as Corfe Castle, The Blue Pool, Studland, The Tank Museum and Monkey World. With lots of coastal walks to choose from and the beach to explore Swanage has something for everyone.

Lovely week spent at Seagrass. Very clean & tidy. Very handy to walk into Swanage & the beach, and short drive to local landmarks. Lots of coastal paths.

Delightful property situated in a peaceful location a few minutes walk from the beach. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. There are some wonderful walks in the Swanage area and the steam train is a great attraction. We hope to return to Seagrass in the future.

The property is very well placed in a reasonably quiet spot only a few minutes walk from the beach. It was very well presented, well equipped and comfortable. Our thanks to the owners for a relaxing stay.

Really nicely appointed holiday home in Swanage with parking for one car. It's a good carpark without overhanging trees, and good sized spaces. The house is very clean and modern, and contained everything we needed for a good week's stay in this lovely part of Dorset. Very well situated for local amenities, park, beach, walking, and bus services. IRead morempressed by the large SMART TV for accessing streaming services in the evenings. The property was beautifully modern and superbly well equipped throughout. It was clean and tidy and the welcome gift was very much appreciated! The beds were super comfortable and we had a relaxing stay. Our 2 year old struggled sleep at her normal bed time due to the bedroom having blinds and the light coming in, but nothing we could fix thanks tRead moreo the short walk to the beach and town. We absolutely loved our stay at Seagrass, the cottage was immaculate, beds were really comfortable and the owners had clearly thought carefully about providing items that would both be useful and would make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Seagrass is in a quiet area, free parking and only within a few minutes walk until you're on the sea front. The house is beautifully clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Don't hesitate to book ! We loved it. Swanage has something for everyone, the beach, safe swimming, fish n chips, restaurants, swanage steam railway which runs toRead more Corfe castle and the pretty village of Corfe to wander around and explore. Fabulous walks in both directions one towards old Harry rock and Studland the other way from the life boat station to Dulston castle, Tilly Whim caves and lighthouse. The pier to wander along, We sat with a beer watching the boats coming and going, dogs swimming and families crabbing, very relaxing . Lulworth cove and Durdle door are a must to visit.
