Aberhiriaeth Hall is a large family home with a games room, river views and 3 acres of private grounds. Just 7 miles from Machynlleth and within close proximity of the village of Cemaes with its village shop, cafe and pub. Offering the perfect base for exploring Mid-Wales and Snowdonia, this cosy, yet modern holiday home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Views from the property sweep across the Dyfi Valley and countryside, offering tranquility and a peaceful setting to enjoy with the whole family.

The sandy bays of Aberdyfi and Ynys Las are within a short drive, perfect for a day at the seaside. The stunning Snowdonia mountains are also nearby, along with several local attractions. If you're looking for mountain biking action, you will be spoilt for choice between Dyfi Forest, Coed y Brenin and Nant yr Arian. For watersports, Aberdyfi features sailing, sailboarding, rowing, canoeing, fishing and boat trips.

The back garden of the property is bounded by the River Dyfi which offers excellent fishing opportunities and is famous for its brown trout, salmon and sea trout. Dyfi fisheries states  that It is one of the best sea trout rivers in the UK, if not Europe. Fishing is allowed from 1 Apr-17 Oct with no Sunday fishing,  you can Fly fish from the property with a Fishing Rod Licence (Licence can be purchased at the local post office in Cemmaes Road or online at https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences/buy-a-fishing-licence ) and a permit (Day tickets  can be bought in Machynlleth at Mr News, 5 Heol Pen’Rallt, Machynlleth SY20 8AG ).

Machynlleth Golf Club is a 9 hole golf course, just outside the "The Ancient Capital of Wales" - Machynlleth. For walking, 1 mile away from the property are the footpaths Glyndwr's Way and Dyfi Valley Way - ideal for discovering the area and getting some much needed fresh air!

The house is absolutely gorgeous in a truly beautiful location. The whole place needs to be deep cleaned for guests. There should be access to cleaning equipment and products, there was no broom and no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets and no kitchen cloth. Not enough garden chairs but the grounds were lovely, the trampoline, swing and basketRead moreball hoop were very much enjoyed by the kids and we all loved the pool table. Hide
