Located just a short stroll from the village centre with a great choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and with easy access to the popular Tarka Trail, Valentines Cottage is a stylish and pretty cottage nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short drive from the property takes you to the fabulous beaches of Saunton and Croyde, renowned for surfers, body boarders and kite surfers for the sweeping waves and stunning scenery.

Stylishly decorated throughout, the cosy kitchen/breakfast room has cream units, granite style work surfaces and tiled floor. The spacious living room is very comfortable with patio doors leading out onto the pretty south facing courtyard, a real suntrap and a lovely spot to dine al fresco or perhaps start a barbeque. Within the first floor there are three light and airy bedrooms and a family bathroom. The double bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room, and the small single room is ideal for a child. There is also a twin bedroom. The cottage welcomes pets and is an ideal warm and cosy retreat after a bracing cycle ride along the Tarka Trail or a day trip to the seaside.  Perfect at any time of year, Valentine Cottage is a popular choice in this lovely village at the heart of North Devon.

Bedroom 3 with Single and with iPod, docking station. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels.  Highchair and travel cot. Underfloor heating throughout ground floor and Gas CH radiators on first floor. Wi-Fi Broadband. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

We arrived to an exceptionally clean house, with everything you could possibly need. Great location, lots of local shops, take away, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Rear base for exploring North Devon

Great position and on the right side of town to access the beach. Everything you need in the village. The only problem I really had was being quite short. I struggled to access some of the equipment in the kitchen cupboards.

Valentines Cottage has an excellent location to explore the beautiful North Devon coastline. This was our 5th visit we love it so much!

This was our 3rd stay at Valentines cottage. Fantastic house, very well equipped and an excellent location for Braunton and the surrounding area. All communication was excellent from Marsdens. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again.
