Flat 1, 29 Chapel Street is a ground floor flat in a grand house which has recently been refurbished to a high standard.  The flat is bright and spacious and benefits from an attractive and enclosed courtyard garden. Situated in famous Chapel Street in central Penzance, and within a short walk of numerous shops, pubs, cafes, galleries and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the train station, this holiday apartment is also well-located for accessing the South West Coast Path and the fabulous Jubilee Pool on the Promenade - a great example of an Art Deco Lido and which provides a safe place to swim in seawater. Penzance is renowned for hosting several literary and arts festivals, including the famous Golowan Festival which is a colourful spectacle celebrating the midsummer feast of St John. Local attractions include historic St Michael's Mount, accessible on foot at low tide across the causeway, Polgoon Vineyard and the stunning Minack Theatre at Porthcurno.  

The entrance to the apartment is down four granite steps.

ENTRANCE DOOR TO:

Living room: with Smart TV, comfy sofa and easy chairs.

Open plan kitchen/dining area: This generous area has a newly fitted kitchen with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Large French doors open into the enclosed, pretty, private courtyard garden. The dining table comfortably seats four guests and there is a small smart TV.

Shower room: Including large shower cubicle, with rainfall and handheld shower, wash basin with vanity unit and WC.

Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Dual aspect, with window to private courtyard garden and far-reaching views of the harbour.

OUTSIDE: Large French doors from the kitchen dining area to enclosed private courtyard garden with bistro table and chairs for that morning coffee or sundowner.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electric heating
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided. Babes in arms welcome, please bring own equipment and linen.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Bed and Pillows weren't very comfortable, apart from that flat was very nice and well stocked with equipment.
