Clean, warm and comfortable, with one parking space by the cottage and plenty of free parking very close by, across the main road. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery so that we did not run out whilst the dishwasher was filling up! The cottage was lovely, very clean and a nice touch was it was warm when we got in. Spacious bedrooms. Living area was plenty big enough for 4 adults and a dog. Fireplace was amazing didnt get the chance to use it sadly. We would stay again. We also made use of the bus service as it stops outside the property which was really useful.

We've stayed in this cottage several times as it's in the perfect location giving easy access to Whitby, Sandsend and Saltburn. The property is spacious and cosy and is next door to a fab pub that does great food. There is also a brilliant community shop across the road that sells fantastic cakes and pastries.
