Sleeping up to 6 guests, these two stunning properties are the ideal sharing venue for family and friends to get together. The hot tub at The Warren is large enough to accommodate six, along with a large outside area which is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing, there is even a bar and covered area with lighting.  Both cabins have been hand-crafted by their owner using many energy efficient techniques to ensure you have a wonderful experience in the heart of the Kent countryside and are set amid 10 acres of land, predominantly farmland and neighbouring fields which form part of a working cattle and sheep farm. There are wildlife cameras set up all around, allowing you to nature watch, real-time on your TV. The interiors in both properties have been designed with comfort in mind, with some of the smaller pieces of furniture having been made by the owner; and there are many thoughtful touches provided to ensure you have a carefree stay.

Each property has its own comfortable open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and each bedroom has its own en-suite wet room.  The Warren provides a dining table to seat six where everyone can sit, talk and eat together.  There is also a central area with use of a utility cabin with two washing machines. Storage is provided in the utility cabin with cupboards for wet coats and muddy boot and there is also an outside tap for washing muddy paws. Towels are also provided for muddy paws. Both properties stand alone, set side by side.  The Bolthole sleeps 2 and has its own hot tub to the side of the property.  The Warren sleeps 4 and has a hot tub seating 6, both cabins welcome dogs, up to 3 over both properties. This really is the perfect spot for families and friends to gather but not as a party venue.  Shop: 2.5 miles  Pub: 0.9 miles Coast: 23 miles

We love this property as it is perfect for group sharing with a hot tub that fits all!

We are so sad to be leaving tomorrow, we have enjoyed the most perfect family weekend, the accommodation is absolutely stunning, super clean and lots of little attention to detail. A brilliant welcome pack, we all slept well and the duvet and linen was so comfy. We enjoyed lovely evenings in the hot tubs. We ate at nearby The Bell Smarden, The Pig Read moreand Sty at Bethersden was amazing and super dog friendly. We took a trip on the steam train from Tenterden to Bodiam and back, enjoyed Pumpkin picking at Lower Ladysden Farm and a lovely winter walk at Hemsted Forest, there is so much to see and do around the area and will definitely be back. Our dogs had a great time in the garden. We also made use of the chimenea and enjoyed a hot chocolate or two around it. Andrew made sure all was ok and we couldnt fault it. Thank you so much. Hide
