In the heart of Saundersfoot's attractive seaside village lies this well-presented ground floor holiday apartment with direct beach access and uninterrupted views out over Saundersfoot beach and Carmarthen Bay. The apartment's sleek, open plan design provides bright, spacious living areas and the large windows allow you to make the most of the stunning views. The thoughtfully designed bedroom is a welcomed retreat and the shower room is great for washing sandy toes. Step out through the patio doors and watch the waves rolls in from the bistro set for 2 or enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset. 

With the soft golden sand and clear blue waters of Saundersfoot beach just seconds away, there's no better location to enjoy a coastal retreat. The centre of the characterful village is lined with boutique stores, cafes and wonderful eateries such as Harbwr Bar & Grill and The Stonecrab. The apartment is located right on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path where you can take a pleasant stroll around to Coppet Hall for some stand-up paddle boarding or continue on to Wisemans Bridge and enjoy a wonderful meal at the seafront pub. A short drive in the other direction will take you on to Tenby, a renowned coastal village bursting with colourful houses, shops and restaurants as well as 3 popular beaches and a quaint harbour.

The apartment has everything you need. Park your car & there's no need to move it until it's time to leave! Nice restaurants, puds & coffee shops & ofcource beautiful beach & coastal walks. Definitely look forward to returning, lovely owner!

This is a really lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The negatives were the extremely tight parking as many people have SUVs now, this is nothing however the owners could do anything about. Unlike many places weve stayed in around Saundersfoot (and weve stayed in a lot) this one had everything we needed to be able to cook andRead more eat in if we liked. Were both in remission from cancer so get tired quickly. It was nice just to open the doors and listen to the sea. Hide

Excellent beachfront apartment with parking (with a squeeze, as the parking spaces are a little narrow). Clean, well equipped and well located in town with pubs and shops on the doorstep.

Apartment was spotless and in great location. Had everything we needed. Be good for hallway to have somewhere to hang coats particularly when theyre wet. Big armchair in entrance did take up a lot of room. This is just an observation. Absolutely loved our stay and have booked to return next year.

If you are ready for the best holiday home you've ever encountered, booking this flat is an absolute must! The location, directly at the beach, is just amazing. You can even leave through the backdoor and step into the sand quickly. The flat is very clean and we have never had such a well equipped holiday home before. They do not only provide you wRead moreith an air fryer in the kitchen, but also with plenty of towels (even for the beach!) and the most relaxing beach chairs you could imagine. This is an excellent property with access to Saundersfoot beach which is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay in such a comfortable apartment. The owners have taken great care to make sure everything you could need is provided. There is so much to see and do in the area which makes the location really good and is less busy than Tenby. Lovely apartment well equipped. We had a great time. The doggy box with bowls, towel, blanket and dog treats was a nice thought as was the delicious welsh cakes. We will definitely be back. It was our 4th visit to Saundersfoot and the apartment is one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Lovely newly refurnished apartment. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Perfect location with direct access to beach and the town just a few minutes walk away. Great for us that the apartment is dog friendly and had a lovely welcome box for the dog. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A beautiful immaculate flat in a fabulous location. It was the most relaxing holiday Ive had. I went with my 17year old son and my 12 year old b/g twins, it felt so safe there and they had complete independence. The sea is shallow so I didnt feel the need to supervise the twins (just as well because they were always in it). People in the town were Read morereally friendly, loads of places to eat and drink (but book early to eat). One word of caution - the car park spaces are tiny, not a problem for me but others turning up in vans/larger cars struggled, it was fun watching them however. 100% recommend this flat, and Saundersfoot. Great customer service from Powells too. We have already decided to come back. Very happy holiday. Hide

Flat is very nice and updated despite the too small sink in bathroom. Parking was an issue due to the size of the allocated parking spots.
