Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Absolutely fantastic location, minutes from the beach, high street, Adnams and playground for the kids to play after dinner. The house was so much bigger than it looked with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and toys and books for the kids.

The cottage is in a great location. It has lovely bedrooms and is very comfortable. There are plenty of games and books for children which was great.
