A newly refurbished fisherman’s cottage with original features and tasteful modern comforts which is just a stone's throw from the harbour and town centre offering many restaurants, bars, shops and the renowned St Ives Tate Gallery. A short walk will lead you to the stunning Porthmeor beach popular with both surfers and swimmers alike. Minmar Cottage offers an abundance things to do on your doorstep, why not enjoy a lovely meal at one of the local eateries or head out along the awe-inspiring South West Coast Path over to the exciting beaches of Carbis Bay, Porthminster, and Porthkidney. Its private courtyard garden provides space to enjoy your morning coffees and watch the world goes by.

GROUND FLOOR

Stable door to:

Living/dining area: This open plan area features a flagstone floor, characterful, exposed Cornish stone walls and snug window seating. There is a delightful log burner, Smart TV, a comfy sofa and dining table for four guests. A great place to enjoy quality time away with family and friends.

Kitchen: A hand-built galley kitchen with a Belfast sink, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, which accepts Nespresso pods and washer/dryer.

Cloakroom: with W.C. 

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and wash basin.

Bedroom 2: Twin single beds and bedside table.

Bathroom: One step down to the bathroom with shower attachment over the bath, wash basin and WC.

Outside: A sunny, walled courtyard garden perfect for a barbeque with plenty of space to store your wetsuits and surfboards. 

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4.00pm – departure 10.00am

Power and Heat: Gas central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Minmar cottage was a lovely, quaint & characterful place to stay. The location was very good & a short walk to all that St Ives has to offer.

What a magical cottage in the heart of st Ives. Close to all the beaches, high street and shops. We absolutely loved staying at Minmar cottage and would highly recommend this beautiful cottage to everyone!

We loved our stay in Minmar Cottage. The weather was pretty awful whilst we were there for the week, but it made it all the more cosy as the cottage was always so warm and welcoming after a wet & windy walk. The cottage is situated down a quite street with parking opposite for a fee, though the parking spaces are very tight. Minmar is in a great Read morelocation with all amenities close by. The cottage is spacious enough for what we needed as a small family, and with a bonus of a downstairs toilet as well. There is a small enclosed garden as well which is ideal for people with dogs like ourselves. We would definitely recommend to others & hope to stay their again Hide

Perfect stay in St Ives! Minmar cottage was so cosy and felt like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and great facilities. We particularly liked all of the games and complimentary tea and coffee - nice touch.

Lovely property and location perfect and very central. Really comfy beds and cute patio area. I booked garage space which I would highly recommend and was ideal as was just opposite. Lovely stay and I will be back
