Serenity is set in a commanding sea-facing position looking out over the sparkling waters and golden sands of Praa Sands Beach. Upon entering this stylish first-floor apartment you will immediately be drawn towards the windows to marvel at the stunning views as you enjoy the beautiful evenings on the balcony. The sunsets along the coast are vivid and provide a perfectly peaceful end to a day of exploring Cornwall.

Step out of the front door and you will be soon on the South West Coast Path or stroll down to the local bar and restaurant. Just a short drive away is the harbour town of Porthleven which offers a great choice of many local, independent restaurants.

Being set all on one level with lift access available, Serenity is perfect for someone less mobile wishing to avoid stairs and with parking right outside, everything is within easy reach.

OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: South-facing balcony to the front accessible from the living area with outdoor seating and far-reaching sea views.  One allocated parking space in communal car park. Communal wetsuit wash area.

The location is very good, 4 mins walk to the public path to the beach, very quite neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay.

A good location, only minutes from the beach, with lovely views. We haven't been to this part of Cornwall for about 40 years, and really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment, but the en-suite shower room is very small.. Easy to access all places of interest in the western end of Cornwall.

An elevated position with views of the surf. Beautifully equipped. The beach is approximately 300m away together with the cafe/bar and 1st floor restaurant which are on the beach and are superb. Various shops are convenient. Drive your car into its parking space and forget it. Its all so easy.

The apartment has everything you need for a holiday. The welcome pack was great - a cream tea to start the holiday - lovely. All was clean throughout and bright. The location was fabulous, with views to the bay a real draw.

Very nice apartment with a lovely sea view. All very clean and tidy on arrival, with some very welcome scones. There was a pack of washing machine dishwasher tabs which was enough for the two of us for a week (we dined out every evening). All appliances are available and work properly. Set in a nice quiet village a short walk from a beach, bar anRead mored restaurant. Plenty to see and do within a 20 mile radius.The only issue was the WiFi, which was down all week apart from the last evening. Hide

The apartment was lovely and well equipped, with comfortable bed and furnishings. It was lovely to relax in the big comfy sofa, as well as read a book from one of the armchairs that I moved to look out onto the view of the sea.

A 5* apartment, with a 5* location, which was unfortunately slightly let down by a few cleanliness issues. But, don't dismiss this place - it was amazing! Just what we needed for a week family break (2 adults, a 14 year old and 10 year old). First, the apartment is far bigger than the pictures suggest. The size of place is huge with amazing views oRead moref the coastline. The apartment itself has all the equipment and facilities you would need. The utility room acts as a perfect drying room and the wetsuit wash/drying area on the ground floor was perfect. The location cannot be any better. A short 2 minute walk down the road and through a carpark, and down a flight of steps will take you directly onto the beach. The beach is one of the best we have been to in the UK. It's large, very sandy, and with lifeguards. The waves are perfect for body boarding, paddle boarding or surfing. There are great walks across the coast and further afield there are plenty of places to visit with a short drive. The aforementioned cleanliness issues were quite possibly and oversight for our stay (fridge and oven). Therefore, don't let this distract you - we would definitely go back and stay here again. Hide

We liked the cottage very much. We loved the Seaview and the really good - no, perfect - equipment. The fresh flowers and scones with clotted cream and jam were a unique surprise at our arriving.
