A warm comfortable cottage in a great location with a secure garden for dogs. It also has a good utility/ boot room great for muddy boots and dogs. Is generally in need of some tlc and updating. Some niggles inside but no deal breakers. As others have mentioned an upto date folder with information about the property and appliances would be helpful.Read more We had a great holiday but its not for the very fussy Hide

Cottage in a great location, central to many great places and beautiful local walks. I would advise people who have difficulty with narrow/curved stairs to avoid this property. I have balance issues and struggled hugely with the stairs which have rope in place of a bannister.

A lovely house in need of a lot of updating. The garden is fully enclosed so is safe for dogs but again its in need of a lot of maintenance.. at the moment its rather dangerous with the unfinished decking area.A welcome pack would be helpful as there is no shop in the village and also an update of the house folder. The house is excellent as a centreRead more for exploring beaches, birdwatching and dog walking. Cottage is in a lovely location for beautiful walks with a pub within walking distance. Narrow stairs and low beams so if you need to consider this if booking.

We had a great holiday in this lovely cottage. We are a tall family and had to learn to duck the beams but it was well equipped, comfortable and ideally located for our needs to see the surrounding countryside and visit Southwold. Parking was easy. The downstairs toilet and the study off the main lounge were a welcome bonus

Excellent location and comfortable beds. Watch the low beams in two of the bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped and pleasant. We had problems with the key safe and couldn't find a welcome folder giving details of WiFi, heating and internet only TV.

Really nice cottage, brilliant location with easy access to Southwold and Walberswick. Lovely big kitchen and cosy living room. Highly recommend the tour of the church on the Thursday. The week flew over.
