Take a stroll along the promenade to the pier with its fun arcade and working lighthouse or visit the independent shops and boutiques in the marketplace. The property is also perfectly placed to access several walks along the cliff tops and through the stunning Suffolk coastline taking in historic villages, stunning scenery, and an array of wildlife.

The lounge area offers comfortable sofas where guests can gather in front of the wood burner, and there is a separate space for relaxing across the hallway in the form of the snug with a Smart TV and further wood burner. The ground floor is also home to a useful utility room, a cloakroom with a WC and a modern shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find four of the property’s bedrooms; one twin room which can convert to a super king-size upon request, 1 super king-size room and 2 further super king-size rooms both with and additional single bed (three of these bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms). There is also a family bathroom. The fifth bedroom is accessed via the garage. This is an en-suite super king-size room which can be converted to a twin upon request. There is also a further fully fitted kitchen here.
