Pwllglas is a well presented holiday home that you're bound to fall in love with.

At Pwllglas, located near the small village of Penegoes, you will get the best of both worlds - quiet countryside and great views of the lovely green hills from the property, and the coast within half an hour away where you'll find the picturesque village of Aberdyfi with its glorious sandy beach and outstanding scenery. 3 miles from the property is the welcoming eco-friendly market town of Machynlleth where you'll find all amenities including a small supermarket and a few pubs/restaurants. The weekly market is held on the main street every Wednesday and is a very popular one so be sure to go for a wander round the stalls by the Victorian clock tower and appreciate what the friendly locals has to offer. The town also has some wonderful independent shops that offers local crafts, cafes and some galleries such as The Museum of Modern Art. Pwllglas is such a lovely property. Clear instructions to get there, nice welcome pack on arrival, comfortable/spacious living spaces and had everything we needed for a weekend stay with adults and children. We had a great week in this extremely well equipped cottage. Plenty of space for our family of two adults and two teens. Very comfortable beds and cosy sitting room. Excellent utility area for coats and shoes/muddy boots, with washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely house in a great location, surrounded by sheep, right on the edge of the Mach loop. The town of Machynlleth is worth a visit on market day. Aberdyfi beach is beautiful with a really nice town.

The house is very well laid out, with every room being large enough. The rooms were very clean, as were the items in them. I think the photos on the website are taken with a special 'estate agents' camera, as the rooms are not a big as they look, but still big enough. The cottage was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what we required and the family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The welcome pack was a kind gesture - especially the Welsh Cakes. I would highly recommend this cottage and look forward to coming back in the future.
