Bright, beautifully presented and just a short stroll to the beach, Beecroft Cottage is a charming seaside holiday home with the added bonus of a summer house in one of two, courtyard garden spaces. A soft palette of coastal colours, creates a restful atmosphere and there is plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy.  Well-equipped the kitchen is a cooks’ delight; creature comforts have been thought about with comfortable beds to lull you into a good nights’ sleep and a bespoke shower room will start your day afresh.  Perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy this lovely part of Norfolk, the cottage is near the heart of the town, but away from the bustle, with local pubs, restaurants and food shops all within easy reach   Shops/ Pubs: within walking distance

Garden: There are two courtyard garden spaces.  The lower courtyard garden is separated by a small right of way from the upper courtyard garden, which has a summer house with deckchair's.  Table and chairs are also provided.  Please note only disposable barbeques should be used in the garden area.
Parking: Roadside.
Heating: Gas fired central heating.
Also provided: Towels. Welcome tray. Books and games. WiFi. Hairdryer.
Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile reception – variable. 

Cromer is a great seaside resort and popular year-round, drawing visitors back time and again. It has a pleasant beach, great promenade with traditional entertainment such as pitch and putt, the famous Cromer Pier itself featuring year-round shows, a local history museum, a lifeboat museum, cliff-top golf at The Royal Cromer Golf Club, a multi-screen cinema, Amazona Zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire, a surf school and numerous shops and restaurants. The town is set on the cliff tops with extensive walking available on the Norfolk Coast Path offering splendid views along the coast and out to sea. There is something here for everyone, making Cromer an ideal location for family or friends' holidaying together and looking for that blast of fresh sea air!

A lovely little house that is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Very comfortable with a pretty damn nice main bedroom. A short walk to the train station, just 4 minutes, and a 3 minute walk to a major supermarket. The back garden was fantastic. I hope to go back next time we are in the area.

Lovely well presented cottage. Enjoyed the garden, lots to do in Cromer, and the surrounding area. Very convenient for the local supermarket and train station.
