3 Boathouse Terrace is a brand new semi-detached property which has been lovingly furnished to provide it's guests with a contemporary, comfortable space to enjoy their holiday in Cornwall.  A cosy lounge and open plan kitchen/diner offer a lovely place to relax, socialise and cook together. It is located in the village of St Eval, overlooking the vast village green, perfect for exercising both children and dogs! The village also has a play park and a newly installed basketball pitch. The property itself is in a residential new build area of the village. St Eval is the perfect spot to explore the rugged and picturesque North Cornish Coastline. The nearest beach is at Mawgan Porth, just 2.5 miles away and Padstow and Newquay are also just a 15 minute drive away where you will find a great selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. You will find plenty to do and see in this popular area. Nearby activities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools at Mawgan Porth or for more extreme watersports take a trip to Retallack Water Sports Park where you can have a go on the Flowrider or on the inflatable Aqua Park. The popular and well renowned Eden Project is just 15 miles away.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2'6") - (can be zipped and linked upon request to form king size bed), bedside units, wardrobe, views of garden. 
Bathroom: Shower over bath, w.c., basin.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars to the rear of the property. More parking available on the road to the front. Enclosed rear garden with outdoor sofa.

Changeover day: Friday.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per dog per week.
Baby equipment: Stairgate in property. Travel cot and high chair not supplied.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.3mls Pub: 2.9mls

A lovely clean brand new house with a nice garden. Very comfortable beds. The two single beds are quite narrow for adults. We had a very enjoyable stay. Easy access to Padstow and Newquay.

Lovely property which is ideally placed for the beach at Mawgan Porth. Close to the 7 Bays beaches too.

The house was lovely. Very clean and well kept. Lovely welcome of Prosecco and cream tea on arrival. The garden was well maintained and definitely safe for dogs, which was our priority with the property. The location is great if you are looking for lots of costal walks.

Beautiful residence and extremely comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and mid stay sheets changed. Very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely house with everything you need. Useful information pack. Lovely welcoming cream tea, Prosecco and our doggie was well looked after re bed, blankets, toys. Great location for beautiful beaches. Highly recommend.
