Brambles is a beautifully presented detached family property in an enviable location within the heart of the popular village of Croyde and a short walk to the beach path. The property benefits from its own private hot tub and ample outside space which makes this the perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun filled busy day.

On entering the house, you are immediately struck by how spacious and comfortable the property is. The living room flows through into the conservatory, a gloriously light and bright space with the most idyllic country views. The kitchen is well equipped and is ideal for preparing those family meals whether it’s a quick BBQ on a balmy evening or a more leisurely Sunday roast at the weekend.

A pleasant 10 minute walk along the beach footpath leads to the magnificent surfing beach at Croyde. The three mile surfing beach at Saunton and championship golf course, are also just a few minutes car drive away. The stunning coastal paths offer keen walkers a wonderful experience in this area of outstanding natural beauty, or simply relax, unwind and enjoy the comfort of Brambles.

Size: Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms. 

Living room: Bright and airy, dual aspect living room with leather sofas and chesterfield arm chairs, 42inch wall mounted TV with sound bar and Amazon Fire stick, doors lead out to the conservatory/dining area.

Dining/conservatory room: Large dining table and chairs for 12, lovely views across the garden.

Kitchen: Electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, integrated fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and butler sink.

Bedroom 1: Double with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2: Twin with chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV with firestick

Ground floor shower room with WC and handbasin 

Stairs to first floor; 

Bedroom 3: Kingsize sleigh bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4: Double bed with bedside tables, freestanding mirror and wardrobe.

Bedroom 5: Twin with 32inch TV with firestick

Family bathroom: Fully tiled with bath with shower over, WC and handbasin

Outside: Outside the garden is fully enclosed with the most amazing country views and a picturesque brook running the length of the garden. For the safety of children and pets this is protected by fencing. The outside seating is on a slightly raised decking area and the BBQ area and hot tub are situated closer to the back of the house. Socket outside front of the house for portable car chargers. 

Parking: To the front of the property there is parking for three cars.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. 

Power & Heat: Oil central heating. 

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). 

Notes - No Smoking. Outdoor Hot Tub, please use between 9am and 10pm. No pets. Short breaks available out of season. Highchair and travel cot available (please bring own linen for travel cot). Arr/Dep day is Friday.  Please note this property has CCTV covering the front of the property

Lovely comfortable house with a delightful garden, hot tub was enjoyed by all. Close to the village but so quiet too. Would stay again.

Brambles us a well-situated spacious house in the beautiful village of Croyde. Its location is perfect for strolling to the wonderful beach (20 minutes) and to enjoy drinks, food and snacks in the village (5 minutes), yet very quiet at the property. There's plenty of room for 10 people to enjoy time together, without feeling on top of one another. Read moreThe gardens are great, along with the hot tub. The house is well-equipped with plenty of crockery etc, dishwasher & washing machine. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We would definitely recommend a stay here to families, & will return if we visit the area again. Lovely house and garden in a quiet area of croyde a walk from the beach but 30 mins walk to both saunton and putsbourough. Perfect for our stay.

Absolutely beautiful house in a really good location. The house and gardens are maintained well and the hot tub is hot! Also very clean. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of space for our party of 10 and very accessible as we had a mixture of ages and mobility needs, the downstairs bedrooms and shower room Read morewere perfect. Lovely house and perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. Perfect room availability and a lovely garden, along with the hot tub. Easy walk into Croyde and down to the beach.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Vet quiet but close to village. Cottage and garden are both very well maintained. Spacious and plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. Coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer make for an easy holiday

Nice spacious property with plenty of good comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable too. Lovely garden. However downstairs bathroom is narrower than hallway and not really suitable if you have mobility impaired people in the downstairs bedrooms.
