This reverse-level house is designed to take advantage of the position overlooking the bay and offers sea views from many windows and over to St Michael’s Mount in the distance. There are two king bedrooms on the ground floor with a separate shower room, with an additional shower room and living spaces on the first floor to maximise the views. There’s a kitchen/dining room with all mod cons and then steps leading up to the living room which is flooded with light from the Velux windows. A leather reclining sofa and armchairs ensures your comfort whilst relaxing and there’s even a telescope for harbour-gazing.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King Size bed (5’), bedside units, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and views to St Michael’s Mount and out to sea.
Bedroom 2: King Size bed (5’), bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and sea views from side window.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin and WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, additional fridge/freezer, dining set for 4. Far-reaching sea views taking in St Michael’s Mount and Penzance harbour.
Living Room: Luxury reclining sofa and two armchairs, Smart TV, telescope, fabulous sea and coastal views across the bay in the distance through the Velux windows. Please note there is limited head height in this room due to the design.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin and WC.
OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: Seating area with views down across the harbour and out to sea with additional area to the rear of the cottage. Private allocated parking for 2 cars on the paved driveway.
