Greysteps is a two bedroom spacious holiday apartment, just a 2 minute walk from Swanage beach. The apartment is in a central location, and benefits from private driveway parking as well as beautiful sea views from the living room and second bedroom. Having recently undergone extensive renovation, Greysteps provides a comfortable base for those looking to explore the Isle of Purbeck. 

Spend your holiday enjoying all that Swanage has to offer with a beautiful sandy beach, rock pools by the Victorian pier and plenty of places to enjoy a local ice cream after a day at the beach! The high street is varied and vibrant and has many places to eat and drink - from cafes, pubs and restaurants to the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle. Greysteps is directly opposite the fabulous Beach Gardens 18 hole Putting Green, outdoor Bowling Green, Tennis Courts and a Basketball Court.

Living area: Comfortable seating, beautiful sea views, 43 inch smart TV
Dining area: Dining table with seating for four.
Kitchen: Newly fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in microwave, water softener. 
Bedroom 1: Super king size divan bed which can be split into two 3ft single beds on request (please request at the time of booking), storage. En-suite shower room. 
Bedroom 2: Double bed, beautiful sea views.
Bathrooms: 1) Family bathroom - tiled bathroom, bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, W.C. 2) En-suite shower room, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, W.C.
Linen and towels provided: please bring your own beach towels.
Wi-Fi: Included.
Fuel: Gas central heating.
Parking: Private parking for 2 cars, one on the front driveway, one at the rear of the property accessed via service road.
Outside: There is a private garden exclusively used by Greysteps which is secluded by established hedges and lawned. Seating for up to 4 people. Please note there are 10 steps up to the front door
Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Bright, spacious and sparkling clean. We loved the view, comfy beds and crisp bed linens. Quick walk to the beach, easy walk to town. Only note: not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs, but this is noted in the property description.

This is a lovely spacious, light and comfortable space to spend a week. The kitchen is very well equipped and we happily cooked there every evening. I certainly hope to return.

Every consideration had been taken to ensure the facilities in the cottage were clean, comfortable, and to a high standard. Nothing was missing, making our stay first rate.

Great property in a nice location. Local amenities very good. Ideal for visiting Jurassic Coast and surrounding areas. Local restaurant Chilled Red is excellent. I am sure we will return to Greysteps : )

The property is on the top floor which gives far reaching views. Great for meals looking out . Large kitchen . Big bed and roomy. Very fresh and peaceful area by the park. Easy walk to town and beaches. Nice garden private area. En-suite shower is good use of space.

We had an excellent, relaxing stay at Greysteps. The property is in a great location, has a great view and is in easy walking distance from the seafront and shops. Its well fitted out, spacious and comfortable.

Lovely well equipped and comfortable apartment in a superb location only a few minutes walk from town. The private garden was a lovely bonus. We were very pleased to have two parking spaces.

Greysteps is the best accommodation in every respect in which we have spent our Swanage holidays during a period of 60 years. Our hosts have a very genuine understanding of hospitality and are so kind. The apartment is impeccably clean, well equipped and furnished and ideally located between both ends of Swanage town. We absolutely loved our stay at Greysteps. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have enjoyed (and as we are in our 60's abd 70's that is quite a few).
