Greysteps is a two bedroom spacious holiday apartment, just a 2 minute walk from Swanage beach. The apartment is in a central location, and benefits from private driveway parking as well as beautiful sea views from the living room and second bedroom. Having recently undergone extensive renovation, Greysteps provides a comfortable base for those looking to explore the Isle of Purbeck. 

Spend your holiday enjoying all that Swanage has to offer with a beautiful sandy beach, rock pools by the Victorian pier and plenty of places to enjoy a local ice cream after a day at the beach! The high street is varied and vibrant and has many places to eat and drink - from cafes, pubs and restaurants to the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle. Greysteps is directly opposite the fabulous Beach Gardens 18 hole Putting Green, outdoor Bowling Green, Tennis Courts and a Basketball Court.

Bedroom 1: Super king size divan bed which can be split into two 3ft single beds on request (please request at the time of booking), storage. En-suite shower room. 
Bedroom 2: Double bed, beautiful sea views.
Bathrooms: 1) Family bathroom - tiled bathroom, bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, W.C. 2) En-suite shower room, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, W.C.
Linen and towels provided: please bring your own beach towels.
Wi-Fi: Included.
Fuel: Gas central heating.
Parking: Private parking for 2 cars, one on the front driveway, one at the rear of the property accessed via service road.
Outside: There is a private garden exclusively used by Greysteps which is secluded by established hedges and lawned. Seating for up to 4 people. Please note there are 10 steps up to the front door

Our first time in Swanage and it didn't disappoint. Greysteps was a very well appointed and comfortable place to stay in a perfect location with sea views and conveniently close to the town centre. The apartment had everything you needed to give you a home from home feel. There is a small sports facility opposite the premises with tennis courts aRead morend an eighteen hole putting range of which we had some fun on. Recommend Durlston Country park for some good walks along with Studland to Old Harry Rocks. The steam train to Corfe Castle is a must for a ltaste of nostalgia. Overall we had an enjoyable week in Swanage and the weather was perfect which of course always helps. Hide

We spent 3 nights at Greysteps in Swanage over Easter and quickly realized why the guest book is full of repeat visitors. This property is truly top-tier! The Views: Being on the top floor provides far-reaching, spectacular vistas over Swanage Bay. On a clear day, you can see The Needles on the Isle of Wight perfectly in the distancethe ideal baRead moreckdrop for a morning coffee! The Location: Its a quiet, peaceful "bolt hole" right by the park, yet only a stones throw from the beach and a gentle 10-minute stroll to the town center. The Comfort: Sparkling clean, bright, and very spacious. The beds are SO comfy, and the linen was crisp and fresh. The Perks: Having off-street parking is a huge win in Swanage. We also loved the lovely private garden and a kitchen that is stocked with every gadget you could possibly need. The Area: Swanage has a little of everything. From charming nick-nack shops, plenty of cafes and bars, and of course, countless fish and chip shops! Plus, you're only a short drive from some of the Jurassic Coast's most amazing natural wonders. Just spent a week here when walking the last part of the South West coast path. This is a great place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable and really well equipped. The location is perfect - very quiet yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre. We were able to make use of local buses which is always a help when doing a walk like that and only havRead moreing one car. The bus stops are very close by. The owner, Jennifer, responded to any queries really quickly. I would really recommend Jennifers place. Hide

Greysteps is a lovely well equipped and tasteful property with views of the bay and use of garden in the best location in Swanage. This review is based on many years of different locations and properties.

Great accommodation, very clean and comfortable. The perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Within easy reach of the town. The views from the accommodation are spectacular. Plenty of places eat and drink.

Bright, spacious and sparkling clean. We loved the view, comfy beds and crisp bed linens. Quick walk to the beach, easy walk to town. Only note: not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs, but this is noted in the property description.

This is a lovely spacious, light and comfortable space to spend a week. The kitchen is very well equipped and we happily cooked there every evening. I certainly hope to return.

Great property in a nice location. Local amenities very good. Ideal for visiting Jurassic Coast and surrounding areas. Local restaurant Chilled Red is excellent. I am sure we will return to Greysteps : )

The property is on the top floor which gives far reaching views. Great for meals looking out . Large kitchen . Big bed and roomy. Very fresh and peaceful area by the park. Easy walk to town and beaches. Nice garden private area. En-suite shower is good use of space.
