Lilian’s View is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment with stunning sea views. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring and enjoy ever-changing views of the North Bay across to the castle through the living room bay window.

The location is perfect for your seaside break, being only a few minutes’ walk to the North Bay and close to the town centre and all amenities. It is just a short walk to Scarborough's main shopping centre, and even closer to the Castle, Peasholm Park, Alpamare swimming pool, Scarborough Cricket ground, the Open Air Theatre, and the Sea Life Centre.

Lilian’s View’s fittings and furnishings have been selected with guests’ comfort and enjoyment in mind: a calming colour palette, medium-firm mattresses, luxury soft furnishings and temperature controlled modern electric heating. There is a large selection of books for both older and younger guests, as well as games and puzzles and a smart TV to keep you entertained whatever the weather.  We provide up to date information about local events, attractions and walks to help you make the most of this beautiful area .

The apartment benefits from having its own secure off-street parking, for one car, accessed through electric gates, plus a lift, for easy access. There is a 7.4 kw EV charger available free for off-peak charging.

A well loved apartment with a beautiful sea view and very handy for the best brew pub in Scarbrough.....the North Riding. The apartment was lovely and clean.With a great view of the sea.Lovely welcome pack with thoughtful gifts for the little ones.Which was a great touch.We got an earlier check I time and a later check out time which was an added bonus.Great having the parking aswell.All in all I couldn't fault it.10 out of 10.

Lovely clean and modern 2nd floor apartment with beautiful view, ideally located for North Bay with South Bay within easy walking distance. I particularly appreciated the EV charging facility, free after midnight, and the reserved space for this. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with great sea views. Near to a wonderful park (Peasholm), close to the sea, and in walking distance of shops and restaurants and even the train station. Another amazing stay at Lilian's View. It really is a home away from home. It has everything you need. I will never tire of the view. Secure parking is a huge bonus and lots of eating places and shops within walking distance

The flat is so well appointed, from essentials in the kitchen to books and board games for all ages, right through to the welcome pack which deserves a special mention as being one of the best that we have ever had in a holiday let. We're do I start. The apartment was beautiful. The view from the living room was to die for. It was well equipped for all our needs. Our daughter is 13 and she loved the little gift that was left. In walking distance to everything we had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend.
