Lilian’s View is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment with stunning sea views. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring and enjoy ever-changing views of the North Bay across to the castle through the living room bay window.

The location is perfect for your seaside break, being only a few minutes’ walk to the North Bay and close to the town centre and all amenities. It is just a short walk to Scarborough's main shopping centre, and even closer to the Castle, Peasholm Park, Alpamare swimming pool, Scarborough Cricket ground, the Open Air Theatre, and the Sea Life Centre.

Lilian’s View’s fittings and furnishings have been selected with guests’ comfort and enjoyment in mind: a calming colour palette, medium-firm mattresses, luxury soft furnishings and temperature controlled modern electric heating. There is a large selection of books for both older and younger guests, as well as games and puzzles and a smart TV to keep you entertained whatever the weather.  We provide up to date information about local events, attractions and walks to help you make the most of this beautiful area .

The apartment benefits from having its own secure off-street parking, for one car, accessed through electric gates, plus a lift, for easy access. There is a 7.4 kw EV charger available free for off-peak charging.

Another amazing stay at Lilian's View. It really is a home away from home. It has everything you need. I will never tire of the view. Secure parking is a huge bonus and lots of eating places and shops within walking distance

The flat is so well appointed, from essentials in the kitchen to books and board games for all ages, right through to the welcome pack which deserves a special mention as being one of the best that we have ever had in a holiday let. We're do I start. The apartment was beautiful. The view from the living room was to die for. It was well equipped for all our needs. Our daughter is 13 and she loved the little gift that was left. In walking distance to everything we had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk to Peasholm Park, Miniature Railway and North Bay Beach. Well equipped and comfortable with lovely views out to sea from the kitchen and living room. We had many days on the beach and took the train to the sealife centre. Ventured down to the South bay to see the lifeboat and amusements. Read moreGreat selection of takeaways near by. The waterfront cafe is lovely and just down the costal path from Lilians View. Ideal location for us as we were walking parts of the Cleveland way, Scarborough gave us lots of bus options to get to and from our walks. Loved that it had secure parking. Tv in bedroom appeared to have sound but no picture, we did not fiddle with it so not sure if it is broken or needs resetting. Would have been nice to have the use of a 2nd teRead morelevision. We had a lovely stay at Lillian's View (two retired couples). There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay in this really cosy, modern apartment. The view of the sea and the castle from the front windows is lovely and the apartment just a two minute walk from the lovely local brew pub. Lovely little apartment, conveniently placed for walking to Peasholm park, north bay beaches, Scalby Mills and Sealife centre. The little presents on arrival, games, books and colouring sheets were very welcome and a lovely extra touch. The electric charging point was great as saved us worrying about finding local public chargers. The dishwasher aRead morend washing machine were ideal for us travelling with children!
