An excellent cottage with one of the best views in the Dales. Extremely well equipped and comfortable thank you. we have stayed 3 times now and will go back again. Walking from the door is fine, if steep! The Punch Bowl Pub opposite is a real bonus, great beers and excellent food.

Beautifully converted barn in an outstanding area of the Dales. Low Row (near Reeth) wonderfully positioned in a quiet backwater of Swaledale with stunning walks from the door or within a short drive. Great pub across the road (the Punch Bowl), useful because few other facilities nearby which suited us perfectly.

Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable, south facing cottage in an excellent location (particularly for a walking holiday) The hotel directly across the road serves high quality food at reasonable prices. The view from the cottage across the valley is stunning.

Not really a review, but I thought the crockery in the kitchen was a bit limited, serving bowls and the like. Also the teeny tiny forks were a bit weird for adults to use. Smaller even than my dessert forks at home. Neither items was a detriment to the holiday but if anyone likes cooking, they might struggle.

A cottage in a lovely position with good views, but; Considering check in time and reasons given the so the cottage can be cleaned and prepared, the place could have been a lot cleaner, kitchen floor needed brushing day one, look under the main bed, we would bet even now it hasnt been cleaned (we have picture) it is really bad; shower not properlyRead more clean. Mattress could do with replacing. No recycling bins provided (this is important) and rubbish collection not clear, also providing only one black bin liner when rubbish collection was apparently mid week. Lovely converted barn, in good position in Swaledale. Well equipped. Some of the equipment and finishing was not to the highest standard, but this did not detract in a dog-friendly cottage. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. One of the bedrooms had a window onto the road which meant some road noise, but quiet between 11pm and 6 am. Views from the baRead moreck of the property are outstanding, which gets the sun virtually all day. Overall we had a lovely week. Hide
