The Deco is a stylish and well-maintained building in the heart of Swanage, in an excellent position overlooking the beach. Catering for six guests, Flat 1 is located on the ground floor and benefits from allocated parking space right next to the patio area for the apartment. 

The town centre with an array of restaurants, cafes and shops is less than a minute from the property, so everything is close at hand for you to relax and enjoy your holiday, making this apartment the perfect base for exploring the local area.

This property benefits from three bedrooms - one with ensuite shower room, a very social open plan living/dining/kitchen area plus a family bathroom.

This corner of Dorset is beautiful and there is no better place to explore it from than Swanage. Within a easy drive you can find yourself clambering a castle at Corfe Castle, wandering a historic abandoned village at Tyneham and taking in the natural beauty of Durdle Door.

Bedroom 1: Elegant master bedroom with super king size bed, plenty of storage and ensuite shower room with WC and basin.
Bedroom 2: Bright and spacious kingsize (zip n link) bed, with plenty of storage and direct access to patio.
Bedroom 3: Cosy bedroom with two single beds.
Bathroom:  Bath with shower over, WC, basin.

Parking:  One allocated parking space directly next to the patio area.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Please note: this is a no smoking property and is situated in a quiet residential block of apartments; noise to be kept at minimum so not to disturb the neighbours .

Lovely spacious flat. Parking was perfect right outside. All on one level and location fantastic for beach, town, supermarket, Train, buses, shops, Harbour. We had our 89 year old Mother with us and she was able to walk it all with ease. Everything we needed was in the property and it was clean and well presented. Would stay again.

Lovely, comfortable, clean apartment with plenty of space, all on one level. The perfect location for the beach with a short walk to the town which meant it was quiet. A two minute walk to the railway station for the steam train and the open top bus. The seated area at the front of the apartment off the bedroom was good as not great on the car parkRead more side. A well appointed apartment with reasonable facilities & well positioned access to shops & good restaurants. We had a few issues with the apartment that could be easily rectified.

The accommodation was excellent, clean and very comfortable. It's situation in Swanage was perfectly central with easy access to the village, we had an elderly mother in a wheelchair and had no difficulty at all.
