A bijou cottage, not really suitable for 4 despite the 2 bedrooms. Tastefully decorated with a large selection of beautiful ceramics, things covering every surface but with the kitchen being so small maybe one shelf could be cleared so there was somewhere to put food supplies instead of taking up valuable worktop space. Nice garden , good for dRead moreogs. Despite being so close to the pub it is very quiet at night. Great location for exploring the wider area. No information folder with details on operating instructions, WiFi code, recycling etc which is very unusual or visitors book. Hide

The cottage is quaint and cosy and in a perfect position for lovely walks, visiting Rye, and going off to the beach. The pub next door was a great bonus. Lovely food and lovely staff. We were disappointed however with the garden. The grass was very long and there was a bath and sink left outside by the patio area. Also a bench that you really woulRead moredn't want to sit on. It was a great shame, as we had lovely weather and would have enjoyed sitting out there. If the garden was tidied up, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property. Hide

Ideal for a short break. Pub next door so no need for major cooking. Comfortable sofas and beds, warm and cosy. 2 minutes from Rye for any shopping or takeaways can be delivered. Lots to see and do in the area.

A quaint period cottage ideal for people wanting to relax and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful and historic town of Rye and a host of other easy to reach rural attractions. A quiet secluded back garden, And only yards from what we soon discovered as the cleanest and friendliest pub in that area.
