Sennen is a newly converted bungalow in a complex of just 6 located off a quiet lane, and just a ten minute walk to the glorious beach and village of Croyde with its shops, pubs and many eateries. This pretty village with its thatched cottages, tea rooms and old world charm is a popular destination for families and surfers alike. A choice of shops, craft galleries, pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk and activities including walking and cycling along the nearby Tarka Trail and spectacular coastal footpaths, surfing in the bay (boards and tuition available locally), horse riding and an indoor leisure pool are all close by. Braunton Burrows with its unique system of dunes is within a few minutes drive, great for exhilarating walks and wildlife spotting as it is also the centre of Britain's first UNESCO Biosphere. This is an ideal location to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday or as a base for exploring the whole of the North Devon coast and countryside.

Once inside this light and airy property the layout is simple and effective. The owners have maximised the best use of space by creating an open plan living dining area with large 55" Smart TV with Netflix and a comfortable dining table which seats 4. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.

The master bedroom has two single beds with an en-suite wet room with electric power shower and heated towel rail, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower and heated towel rail. Outside there is a small patio area with outside furniture and an allocated parking space for one car.

The lane up to the chalet is extremely tight with a constant stream of water. Double bedroom is very small, but nicely decorated and fully equipped.

The cottage was warm and welcoming and immaculate, the cleaners obviously used their own equipment! We had a lovely week.

We stayed last week at the property - it was clean and warm with great facilities - down quite a tight road but we got our large family car up no problem. The one issues we did have was immediately solved by original cottages and the owner working together to come up with the solution we needed and we were very grateful for that.

Beautiful accommodation and very comfortable. Cannot walk down lane as dangerous if a car comes up. Cleaning not great.

Difficult to find, property up a single track road, unadopted, that should have been made CLEAR on your website, hedge overgrown on both sides of the track so if you've got anything bigger than a medium sized car it's going to get scratched as we know to our cost! The location was a disappointment- not very private and lacked a decent sitting out area/garden. No First Aid kit - which we needed. The shower in the main bathroom leaked badly! On the plus side everything else was ok - Comfortable beds and good supply of towels.
