The A12 provides easy access to local attractions with just a 20-minute drive South, to RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve and Carlton Marshes to the north. What’s more, you also have the Suffolk coast nearby which means that walking, cycling and beach swims can all be on the agenda.

Outside: There is not an enclosed garden however there is a small green to the right of the property with a bench in front of the Church.

Wangford is only three miles from the beaches and from Southwold town centre, yet within easy access of the A12 and the many other attractions of the Heritage Coast. There is a good village shop, a farm shop, and the popular local pub The Angle Inn, with restaurant serving good local food, much recommended by past guests.
