Quietly located in a small row of similar cottages on the fringes of both the scenic villages of Ringstead and Sedgeford, this stunning and beautifully presented holiday house is a treat to enjoy. Recently renovated by an interiors specialist and meticulous in its detail there is much to delight the eye; stylish décor, a muted coastal colour palette and eclectic touches that will raise a smile.  Deceptive in its size, the cottage may look small from the outside but offers a warm-hearted and spacious interior within.  The open plan living and dining space, leads onto the well-equipped kitchen, which is the perfect spot to rustle up some Norfolk produce, available from the numerous farm shops and local markets that dot the county.   Upstairs the bedrooms offer a snuggly king size bed, a capacious twin room and a family bathroom with a free-standing bath and a separate shower.  The suntrap, south facing garden is another lovely feature. With a dining space to enjoy eating under the stars on warmer days, a garden sofa to enjoy a sundowner at sunset and a small play area at the top end of the garden that will delight the children.  Equi distant between two popular, award-winning pubs, The King William IV in Sedgeford and The Gin Trap at Ringstead and less than a 10-minute drive to the beach, you are ideally placed to explore this special corner of Norfolk at any time of the year.  Shops: 1.8 miles/Pub: 1 mile

The Royal Norfolk coastal resorts of Hunstanton and Heacham with their fabulous sandy beaches, where you can also while away time rock-pooling and fossil hunting and stay to watch the sunset, it will be one of the best you will ever see.  A little further along the coast you can sail from Brancaster, bird watch at Titchwell or Snettisham or spend a days’ exploration on the Scolt Head Island Nature Reserve.  With the historic houses of Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Holkham nearby, the links course at Hunstanton and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster for for golfers, the races at Fakenham and boutique shopping in beautiful Burnham Market, there is something for everyone in this corner of Norfolk.

Location is nice and quiet and easy to access north Norfolk areas for day trips. The driveway for parking was good. The cottage was pleasant enough and had decent equipment and fittings. The welcome pack of cake, cookies, eggs, bread and milk was a nice touch. The guide book put together for the area was nicely done and also the binder with the equRead moreipment manuals helpful. Wi-fi worked well. The shell theme we thought was a bit much however others may enjoy. Heating in 2 of the radiators not working well and would have found the cottage cold in winter fortunately we had reasonable weather while staying. Hide

Beautifully furnished and well presented cottage in a great location only a few minutes drive from a number of beaches. The bedrooms are compact but perfectly fine for a stay. The downstairs area is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of quality appliances.

This was the most beautiful cottage, inside and out. It is furnished with some great equipment and we had a very comfortable stay. Our 20 month old son loved the little play area in the garden. The garden offered some amazing sunsets over the rolling fields and we couldn't believe just how quiet it was at all times of the day and night. Everything Read morewe wanted to do was within a 30 minute drive, but most things 10-15 minutes. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. It was our first time visiting Norfolk and certainly won't be our last. Hide

We enjoyed our stay here, here much. A wonderfully clean cottage in very quiet surroundings. The kitchen was equipped to a high standard, all appliances of very good quality. The downstairs is spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are not large, but are comfortable. The outside space is inviting, and tranquil. We very much enjoyed our week.
