Featuring a comfortable double and a twin room, it is easy to feel relaxed and content during your stay. Its vast characterful windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a welcoming and cosy feel. The apartment is centrally located with all of Holt's amenities on its doorstep; you may want to venture out and enjoy a great cup of coffee, or visit any of the town’s many local shops and galleries knowing your contemporary, open-plan home-away-from-home is awaiting your return. Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile reception – good. Please note that the ceiling in the property is low in places. There is no lift in the building, the apartment is accessed by two flights of stairs: one staircase up to the entrance and another flight up from the entrance hall once inside. The first flight of stairs is shared with the Norfolk Cottages office and cannot be used for storage of belongings.

Holt is a popular town on the North Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café's, pubs and restaurants. The Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover and Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, where you can pick up the Poppy Line and enjoy a train ride to Weybourne and Sheringham on a diesel or steam train. Just a short drive to the stunning North Norfolk coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, enchanting coastal and inland villages, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sailing, seal watching and vast sandy beaches. The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just five miles away. Cley is home to Norfolk Wildlife Trust visitor centre, Cley Marshes Centre where you can sit in the café and enjoy panoramic views across the marshes or birdwatch from one of the hides.

A lovely, welcoming flat. Very comfortable and cosy. It's position in the town centre was ideal, and despite it being in the High Street we weren't bothered by traffic noise. Aside from the couple of things mentioned above, the property was ideally located, clean and tidy, and very comfortable. All the ammenities we needed as a family of 3 with a dog. We would stay here again

Really liked the flat, well done out and nice to come back to. High street is noisy late at night and early in the morning, but hey it's a high street!

Great location to explore Cromer and Wells next the Sea. I only issue was parking. On the high street you can only park for 1hr between 8am and 6pm so you have to park on a public carpark then move after 6 pm so that you can ensure your car is secure. It's a shame because the apartment is lovely but all you seem to think about is PARKING!
