Nestled in a tranquil location is this newly renovated cottage in the stunning Conwy Valley on the outskirts of Snowdonia National Park. No matter the weather, this cottage is the perfect bolt hole from which to explore all of North Wales with its cool, open plan living areas and elevated patio area for the Summer months and underfloor heating throughout to keep you warm in the cooler months.  Wake up to wonderful views across rural farmland each morning and follow the footpaths from your front door to discover scenic trails or mountain adventures.  

Beudy Bach is ideally located in the heart of North Wales where the rugged coastline and dramatic mountains of Snowdonia are never too far away. Get a rush of adrenaline at Adventure Parc Snowdonia and Zip World Forest or enjoy a serene walk around the lakes at Conwy Water Gardens and spot some of their wildlife. There are fantastic mountain bike trails close by and beautiful lakes to swim or fish in. The market town of Llanrwst is just under 2 miles from the cottage and boasts local shops, cafes, an award-winning Indian restaurant and a traditional Welsh tearoom on the banks of the River Conwy.

  • Kitchen/Living Area: Open plan living space with high beamed ceiling, underfloor heating, Smart TV and 2-seater sofa. Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine (pods not provided) and breakfast bar with 2 stools
  • Conservatory: Delightful day room with comfortable seating, table and chairs and splendid elevated views to the countryside
  • Bedroom: King bedroom (can be made up as twin room - please choose and time of booking) with bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table views out towards the farmland and doors out to gravelled patio area.
  • Shower Room: Modern fitted shower room with large shower enclosure, pressurised shower, WC and wash basin. 

Garden

  • Enclosed gravel patio bordering fields, with elevated views over farm land.
  • Table with parasol and seating for 2.
  • Storage for bikes/outdoor gear available in nearby outbuilding.

We loved this accommodation. Every morning we woke up with lovely views of the cows and green fields. Cottage had everything we wanted and more. Host was lovely and the welcome gifts were very generous and kind. Is situated in a perfect spot.We will definitely return one day

Nicest cottage ive rented in wales will definitely be using again .. perfect for making a home from home and the host is very friendly, and she has lots of recommendations on places to visit

Beudy Bach was perfect for us. Comfortable and relaxing with birds and cows. Close to the town of Llanrwst where we got groceries at the Co-op. There are 2 Butchers and a nice bakery also.The location in North Wales has a lot to offer and we were able to do many things without having to drive too long. A really well-converted, comfortable, convenient and nicely furnished cottage in a superb location, ideal for exploring NW Wales. We were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A couple of things to be aware of are that it's half a mile down a single-track road with occasional passing places, and the bedroom doesn't have an opening wiRead morendow other than the door. Llanrwst is 2 miles away (less on foot) and a well-equipped little town with a good supermarket, bakery, cafes and pubs - everything you would want day-to-day is available locally. Hide

Beautiful location. Lovely welcoming hosts. Very clean property with a great view and nice touches such as a pint of milk and some dishwashers tablets. Local town had everything we needed. Good base to travel around. Would recommend higher quality mattresses but this could be personal preference.

We forgot to write in the owners' book before leaving and so would like to thank Jackie for welcoming us so warmly and for the goodies left in the kitchen - much appreciated. We stayed at Beudy Bach for 2 weeks and it was the perfect base for exploring North Wales. The cottage was clean, tidy and warm with lovely countryside views.
