Ideally situated within easy walking distance from a great variety of local pubs, restaurants, independent shops and a bustling harbour. 14 Virgin Street features an open plan living and dining area, which leads into a well equipped kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and a double bedroom. On the first floor, there is a double and a twin bedroom with stunning sea views, plus a large family bathroom. With Porthmeor Beach just around the corner, 14 Virgin Street is the perfect base for families looking to explore miles of stunning coastline. If you prefer to explore other nearby towns, Marazion and Penzance are just over a 20 minutes drive.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: Fridge, gas hob and fan oven, washing machine and microwave.

Lounge/Dining area: Spacious living area with a range of seating for six people, Smart TV with Netflix (guests to use own account)  and coffee table. Dining area with a dining table and six chairs.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps. Light and airy room with two large windows on either side. 

Cloakroom:  WC and handbasin. 

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers, lovely sea views over the harbour, across to Hayle, and Godrevy lighthouse.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3ft), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. Stunning views to the Island and Porthmeor.

Family Bathroom:  Bath with shower over, WC, heated towel rail.

Baby Equipment: High chair and Stair gate.

Outside: Communal yard with no seating. 

Changeover Day: Short breaks available all year round. 

Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in the rent.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Excellent location. Rental is two minutes walk to beach, harbour, restaurants, pubs and shops. Parked at the RFC, 50 for the week. Local hop on/off buses easy to use. Our teenagers were safe to walk around on their own, during the day and evening. Lots to do. Two of our children (17yrs) took the train via Paddington, which was straightforward and Read morea good price with a saver card. The rest of us travelled by car and we all arrived at the same time. Perfect holiday. Hide

You won't find a property in St Ives more conveniently positioned. Absolutely lovely house. Thoroughly recommend a stay

14 virgin Street is extremely well positioned in the heart of St Ives, situated on a charming cobbled lane which was decorated with cornish bunting during our visit. Within minutes you can either be on any of the towns beaches or at the shops and restaurants. A period property, you get a sense of how life in St Ives might have been.
