A family bathroom completes the first floor, fitted with a shower over bath, WC and final heated towel rail.

We loved the location and so enjoyed watching the birds especially the newly fledged long tail tits. We didnt use our car all the time instead using the no.44 bus and the coast hopper to explore the beautiful marshes and walks along the coast.

The Keep in Holt is in a lovely secluded setting, with plenty of private, off-road parking. The cottage is well-used, but comfortable, and ideal if you have a dog staying with you. A walk in to Holt takes 15 to 20 minutes, and there are lots of local attractions within easy driving distance, such as Wells next the Sea, Holkham and Brancaster, with Read moretheir fabulous beaches, Sheringham and Cromer coastal towns, North Norfolk Railway and Blickling Hall NT, which is wonderful. The cottage looks attractive from the outside and the inside doesnt disappoint. Generous seating in the lovely welcome feeling sitting room with a beautiful dinning room extension. The kitchen has everything you could need, plenty of glasses, crockery, cookware, cutlery and utensils as well as a generous amount of dishwasher tablets. The only downsRead moreide of the kitchen was the lack of heating in it. Both bedrooms were tastefully decorated and felt restful. The en-suite shower room was clean and spacious, if a smidge cold, with the shower water being lovely and hot, and large fluffy towels for afterwards. It was great to have so much hanging space for coats, space for shoes and somewhere to sit while sorting oneself out in the entrance hall. Hide

The cottage is located in a quiet area with good access to local facilities and countryside. However, the state of repair and cleanliness were poor and I therefore would not recommend this property.
