Ramblers is a wonderful family holiday home, with the added benefit of a private outdoor pool, located in a fenced area of the garden. Inside, the property has been well maintained and guests will find this spacious accommodation to be well equipped with everything they should need for an enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of North Devon. The dune backed sandy beach is a 15 minute walk, and only a 5 minute walk to the quaint village with its choice of pubs, restaurants and shops.  Enjoy walking to Baggy Point with your pet, the National Trust owned headland with far reaching coastal and sea views or along the headland to Putsborough beach, taking in panoramic views stretching across to Woolacombe Bay. 

Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. 

Living room: Comfy sofas, large Smart TV, Bluetooth connected HiFi and DVD player, a selection of films are also provided. Patio doors to garden area. 

Dining room: Light filled conservatory off the kitchen with table and chairs seating 8. Patio doors to garden.

Kitchen: Well equipped with an Oven, Electric hob, Fridge/freezer and dishwasher and Microwave

Utility room/garage:  The garage has been thoughtfully converted into a games room with pool table and access to the garden area. This room also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as body boards, beach wind break and garden furniture.

Stairs to first floor; 

Bedroom 1, A large room with a lovely Victorian style king sized bed, plenty of drawer and hanging space, flat screen TV and en-suite shower room with WC and handbasin. 

Bedroom 2, A modern double bed with plenty of storage and TV. 

Bedroom 3, Twin room with TV and DVD player. 

Bedroom 4, Bunk bedroom with TV and DVD player. 

Family Bathroom: Walk in shower enclosure, built in wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. 

Outside: Fully enclosed rear lawned garden with patio area, table and chairs. 2 x sun loungers, Charcoal BBQ. Fenced outdoor swimming pool available at £100pw from 31st May - 01 September, (heated to 20 to 25 degrees, 4ft deep throughout). Please select in extras when making your booking.

NOTE: The swimming pool is closed for use from 01 September to 31 May. Please note the pool is an additional charge of £100 per week. 

Parking: Front driveway with parking for 3 cars. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. 

Power & Heat: Oil central heating. 

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). 

Notes - No Smoking. 2 Pets allowed. Short breaks available out of season. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available (please bring own linen for travel cot). Arr/Dep day is Friday.

We were really looking forward to our stay and it delivered, perfect location, great house with plenty of space for the family supplying everything you need and more. The pool was checked and cleaned during our stay. We will definitely return for another holiday staying here :)

The house is situated in a very quiet road in beautiful Croyde. Comfortable and spacious property with a great outdoor swimming pool which we used even in the rain ! The location is excellent and a great base from which to explore Devon
